Brian S. Laviage is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston Law Center where he was a member of the Texas Consumer Law Journal. During his schooling, he interned for the Honorable Francis H. Stacey of the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, as well as the Honorable Cheryl A. Johnson of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
Following an impressive undergraduate career in psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Laviage worked with the Texas Attorney General where he was exposed to criminal law and Post-Conviction litigation. There he assisted the Texas Attorney General in fighting for Texans’ rights.
As well as an attorney, Mr. Laviage is an accomplished mediator certified under the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. He has accomplished well over 100 mediations in his career.
