My case was dismissed

I was defended by attorney David Breston for a crime I committed. It was like he was in a room waiting to be let out and when the doors opened he charged to my defense and my case was dismissed! I prayed for three days asking the Lord up above who I should hire for a defense lawyer. After review...ing other clients successes and waiting for an -answer, I heard from the Lord to CHOOSE DAVID BRESTON!! Thank God I did because I'm free! Thank you David Breston!

We made the right choice to have Mr. Breston as our lawyer.

My husband was arrested in the post office on Dec. 2015 because his former employer Queen of Peace Church accused him by stealing the offering money. I know my husband did not do it, and he is innocent. We could take the free Lawyer the court offered to us, but our friends kept telling us to find a ...good lawyer because it was a felony case, so we checked online, and we found Mr. Breston because of his high rate. We confirmed his high rate is accurate. Thank God that we made the right choice to have Mr. Breston as our lawyer. It is the first time that my husband got arrested, and it is the first time that we hired a lawyer. We don't know how long the case will last, and We don't know if our lawyer will handle the case properly. What I wanted was to dismiss the case immediately because my husband is innocent! At the beginning, I kept writing to Mr. Breston asking a lot of questions about the case. For example, when will the case be dismissed? When can we see the video? Why don't they give the DA video? Do they have the Video? I suffered emotional depression badly until I saw the video eventually. The person in the video was not my husband, and they falsely accused my husband even without a decent video. My Goodness, The Queen of Peace Catholic Church father is an evil doer. How can God allow this happen? How can a father of Church give false statement to the police? How can the police arrest my husband without investigation at all? Bad people, bad cops, and bad things are real in the world. We all need professional help.I am glad that we found Mr. Breston. He saw the Video and helped to dismissed the case in the following month. He surprised us with his aggressive defense. We are so proud of him. Details of the case as belows, Two police came to my house looked for my husband. They did not know my husband was working in the post office. I asked them what happen to my husband, and they told me no problem but just wanted to ask my husband few questions. I told them to look for my husband in the post office if it is urgent. They arrested my husband in the post office later of the day. I went to bail my husband out with my 9 months son during the morning 4am. What a stress! What a blessing! Thank God help me through! The case report shows the crime happened on OCT 21, 2015 about 5pm. My husband was working for the post office on his route from 8:30am to 7:30pm on OCT 21, 2015. The Queen of Peace Church is more than 1 hour ride from the post office. It will take more than 2 hours ride going to the Queen of Peace Church and coming back to the post office. Who can be possible do that? The case report said the video showed a white guy took the money, and they all believed the white guy was my husband, so they arrested my husband. The point is the video they used to accuse my husband, so we requested the video since Dec 2015. We went through the DA did not receive the tape, and the DA received a blank Tape, and we finally had and saw the Tape on Mar 2016. The tape showed a tall skinny white young guy covering his face easily walked into the prayer room, and he skillfully took the offering money. My husband is on his middle age, and my husband is a big fat man, so their body construction is totally different. The guy in the tape is not my husband. When Mr. Breston saw the difference between the guy and my husband, he called and talked to the DA immediately to dismiss the case, but the DA insisted for further investigation. In April 12, My husband went to the court for further information about the case. Our Lawyer, Mr Breston came to my husband, and he told my husband that my husband’s case was dismissed. My husband was so happy and thankful to Mr. Breston because he never knew his case would be dismissed by that day. The case looks so easy, but I know if it is not our lawyer aggressively defense my husband, the case wont be dismissed so quickly without grand jury, and the DA did not do his investigation as we all know.

Awesome Attorney

David Breston, is the BEST lawyer in Houston. He met with me personally and was in no rush. He wanted to know all the facts & details. He believed me and more importantly believed in me. I could not get a conviction and ever plan to work in my career field again. David knew this and felt my anxi...ety over that matter specifically. He worked tirelessly towards our goal of dismissal until it was met today and I am forever grateful to David and compassionate and very efficient team members.

Great lawyer and staff

I hired David to represent me in a aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case and to make a long story short he and his staff assisted in getting everything dismissed. I am thankful I made the right choice by choosing him.

Had got Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) for I-130

I had received NOID after my wife filed I-130. My previous lawyer recommend David Breston to follow up with the case. I only had 30 days to respond. I and my wife went to David Breston office on Satuarday and he said he will be able to help us. Then our case was handed to his associate Myra who told... me to bring the list of documents to respond NOID. I was surprised by her involvement and effort for the case, she knew exactly what she needed and always kept me informed. One day, I went to office without making appointment since i did not have time but still she was happy to look over my documents despite of her busy schedule. After almost 5 months pending, Our I-130 got approval. I must thank her and David Breston for their wonderful and perfect job.
