This review won’t be enough to describe the wonderful human being that DAVID BRESTON is. I received a letter from immigration office that wasn’t very pleasant. After been in this country for over 20 years I have never had the need to reach for legal advice but this time this I was very worried. I ...called several attorneys during a week period of time . They really didn’t take the time to listen to me unless I made a deposit for a phone consultation or making an appointment in person I totally understand that process and I’m sure there are times that the consultation might cost some money depending on the case . I called David’s office on a weekend hoping to get an appointment for the following week Not only I had a real person answering the phone to take my message but someone returned my phone call within minutes after I left the message . We hired David based upon his AVOO ratings. From the first phone call, we immediately knew that we were in good hands. The court appointed attorney wanted my son to plead guilty and serve 6 months in jail, pay a fine and have his record permanently damaged for a crime that he did not commit. After sp...eaking to Mr. Breston, he told us that we should not plead guilty because there was essentially no evidence against my son. Our case dragged on for 10 months but we always felt that Mr. Breston was on top of things and was very aware of the facts of our case.
