My son was charged 1 month after his 17th birthday as an adult involving narcotics. He is diagnosed with severe bipolar disorder and off his medications at the time. This attorney not only helped me with his case but also had to deal with someone that was not very helpful and showing erratic or unrea...listic thoughts. My son didn’t understand the severity of what he was charged with. This man even went on weekends to speak to my son and came up with a game plan. I will forever be thankful. I chose this attorney because of his reviews, I seen the amount of good reviews and also made sure they were coming from confirmed verifiable accounts. That is the reason I am writing this review today I was in your shoes less than 6 months ago. Please do your research, I definitely recommend this attorney.

Mr. David Breston made the unbelievable happen with my case. I had a warrant set for my arrest, due to a probation violation that my fiances ex whom fabricated some lies to try to tear me down. Mr. Breston listened, understood, and was able to terminate my probation early. I am forever grateful becau...se he gave me my life back!! I would definitely recommend him, in a heartbeat.

I made an account just to write this review. I really hope it helps someone not make the same mistake I did. I hired David to help with a misdemeanor charge. He seemed nice enough until I paid him. It went sharply downhill from there. He never took notes and therefore asked me the same questions ...over and over every time I contacted him. He talked extremely aggressively especially when I asked questions about what his plans were or anything that involved details. He would also make sure to mention how ever though I told him exactly what happened and the charges were false he somehow still made me feel like I was guilty even though he was supposed to represent me. it felt that he was interested in spending the least amount of time and effort (I prepaid him a lump sum) my best interests be damned. The absolute worst thing however is that David had me sign a protective order which has given my ex wife the power to not let m see my children for 10 months and could very possibly end up costing me custody. I'm not sure if it's incompetence, laziness or a problem with overweight people (I'm not even joking), maybe its a combination but the services rendered by David Breston have added a tremendous amount of stress to my life. Thankfully I switched attorneys who got the case dismissed (to be expunged) without any problems at all. In summary I absolute do not under any circumstances recommend this attorney.

After 3 grueling years of fighting with the courts, David got our case DISMISSED. We owe our entire future to David Breston and cannot begin to thank him enough for the great kindness and exemplary legal aide he provided. He will forever be a trusted friend and someone we will instantly refer to anyone who needs his services.
