Very knowledgeable, takes time do do his research.

Great lawyer, very knowledgeable on the subject matter that pertained to my case. I contacted Mr. Jimenez after I was mistakenly accused of a matter concerning my University social orginaization. He was very patient and took the time to properly prepare for my trial. After presenting my case, the Jud...ge could clearly see I was in no wrong and decided to drop any further action. Overall my case went very well and the trial itself was a quick process.

Professional and Personalized Service

Excellent, honest and serious lawyer. Impressive personalized service and positive attitude. Willing to obtaining results and win regardless of the severity of the case. My spouse and I were involved in a series and embarrassing situation against the PISD, involving abuse of authority against us a...t our own home, a police officer distort the version and we both were arrested, I was charged with a MISDEMEANOR for resistance of arrest and search and my spouse who is only 5’4” was charged with a FELONY 2 for assault of bodily injury to a Pasadena Police Officer. The mobile phone containing a video of the scene was confiscated from us and all video cameras were turned off from the police cars. Joaquin personally visited our home for our first legal consultation to check the scene of the incident and decided to take both of our cases, in three months he was able to DISMISSED our cases, I was DISPOSED and my spouse was NO BILLED. During these period of time he always kept us informed of every step and detail. There are no words to thank Joaquin for his dedication and effort he put in our cases.

Excellent

Joaquin was very open and straight-forward. He explained what he could and could not do and helped me get a better understanding of my situation and the consequences thereof. I truly appreciate his consultation and eventual support in getting my personal situation alleviated so that I could move forw...ard with my life. I wish him all the best in his future work.

It was a dramatic situation. Mr. Jimenez ensured me that it was going to take some time. I must say that I am very pleased with his services.

very understanding and informative

I have had a wonderful experience with Joaquin and he saved my butt big time. He kept me up to date on case info and was very helpful with advice on what to do legally. Definitely recommend, he did a great job in my case.
