Robert David Miller

Nothing but good things to say about Mr. Miller. From my experience he's honest with clients, he'll tell you your odds as he sees them, and he'll fight for whatever leeway he can argue for you. Very competent attorney, professional and down to Earth kind of guy. He's a lawyer worth every penny and he... stays on top of his case load.

I knew I was innocent from the beginning but I believe the state doesn’t care about what a ‘criminal’ thinks. I had put off getting a lawyer for months because I just knew I was innocent and believed I could represent myself at court. After many late nights of researching my charge, I finally came ...to the conclusion that representing myself wouldn’t be a great choice. I remember receiving a letter from the law office of Robert D. Miller so I decided to call. First time he spoke with me over the phone, he listened intently to me ... we talked for roughly 20 mins. From how I was wrongfully arrested and to being hit with a $10,000 bond, etc. On the other hand, before I called him the first time I called other places that wanted to charge me $3,000+ and still talked about how my case wouldn’t be easy. Finally, about 10 days before my initial court appearance, I called Mr. Miller and requested that he represent me. Overall, waiting to go to court 3 times had me worried, but I noticed that Mr. Miller never added to my worry and always seemed laid-back and confident in his handling of my case. I continued to check in with bails bond (never missed a call in) and worked my regular job, etc. After my second court appearance, he informed me had to take a class and upon completion of it I needed to turn in my certificate to him. I completed the class right away. At my third and final court appearance, I was informed my case was dismissed! I’m still so very thankful to GOD (Matt. 5:25-26) first and foremost and then for my lawyer Mr. Miller.

Someone told me about Mr miller. I was arrested for a 3rd DWI felony, gave blood at .23, obviously had been drinking in my video, and my case was reduced to a class A misd DWI 2nd with two years probation. He kept me informed, always answered questions, if he could not talk because of all his cases w...e spoke through email. I recommend him to everyone I know. He has good with pricing also. Most wanted 7500+ and he did my case cheaper than that. Hire Mr miller!! 5 stars from me.

I was an idiot. Brazoria county gives out court appointed attorneys like free candy but what they don't tell you is that the one you get is gonna blow something major. I dont even know how the attorney i got can call herself a lawyer. NE ways, I ended up hiring Mr. Miller and it was like night an...d day. What took my piece of s&(# ct apptd attorney a month to do, Mr. Miller did OVERNIGHT. My case got dropped and its all cuz of him. Stay AWAY from ct appointed harris county attorneys. Hire Mr. Miller! (Hope I dont need him again though!!!)

I got charged with DUI and stupidly agreed to a breath test that was .16. I heard from a friend that you get like 4500 in fines from DPS for a DUI so I hired attorney Miller. He handled my case (it was in Galveston) and it ultimately got dropped because turns out my breath test was not given proper...ly and the cop had no reason to pull me over. I went to his office and also watched my video and it was BAD. I would have convicted myself LOL!! I have no idea what he did or how he figured that out, but I definitely would hire him again.
