I got charged with DUI and stupidly agreed to a breath test that was .16. I heard from a friend that you get like 4500 in fines from DPS for a DUI so I hired attorney Miller. He handled my case (it was in Galveston) and it ultimately got dropped because turns out my breath test was not given proper...
