Dan Simonds is literally fantastic. I was charged with a DUI last year in late August, and gave Dan a call. After just a few questions, he informed me he could get it dismissed, no doubt. I don't know why I worried at all, I mean he explained the steps to getting it dismissed, and always kept me in the loop about what was going on currently, or what was coming next.
