I Will say this. This attorney is very professional and knowledgeable in his work. I won’t go into detail of the case however I will explain in short how Mr.Simmons handled the case. First I want to state that I could not afford to hire him. He worked with me and accepted payments…being low income th...is really helped me out and I’ve since payed about half of the agreed upon amount; the case(s) are already over with. I will make sure he gets every last penny he earned. I digress, anywho, I hired him for two separate charges…both being the same. And my bond got revoked. Regardless I boned out again, before the week was finished my case was over with. I sighed. Before I hired Mr.Simmons I was fighting the case to no avail with the court appointed attorney and I was basically being rest for about a year and a half….thats when I caught the second charge. Again….I layered up, and he got one of the charges dropped. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney. 10/10 stars if I was able to give them.

Dan was very clear from the start about my case and I could tell he had plenty of experience handling DWI's. Dan Simonds is literally fantastic. I was charged with a DUI last year in late August, and gave Dan a call. After just a few questions, he informed me he could get it dismissed, no doubt. That made me feel better but I was still worried about what might happen. BUT, as of September this year, my case... has been dismissed... I don't know why I worried at all, I mean he explained the steps to getting it dismissed, and always kept me in the loop about what was going on currently, or what was coming next. Out of all the times I reached out to him with questions or responses, there was not one time that I didn't get a response from Dan within a few minutes. I mean he really did deliver to me, as one of his clients. Going through the months, he would encourage me to keep going and I was almost there, any late payments were NOT met with anger, he was so logical and reasonable about finances, and at the end of the day, Dan said he would get it dismissed from day one, and that's simply just what he did. I am so relieved I found his representation, and would send anyone who needed his help his way.
