Most people will tell you everything you want to hear just to get your business, but Dan Simons is a man of his word and did everything he said he would! If you’re looking for results and efficiency, I would advise looking no further. He does not settle and refuses to take no for an answer. Aside from that, he is very friendly and cares about each individual case, treating you as if you were his very own family. I called Dan on a weekend, and at a weird time of the day thinking I could probably just leave a voicemail that he’d eventually get to, however he took my call right then and talked me through it all and encouraged me to relax because he was gonna take care of everything, and boy did he ever! Dan Simonds is literally fantastic. I was charged with a DUI last year in late August, and gave Dan a call. After just a few questions, he informed me he could get it dismissed, no doubt. That made me feel better but I was still worried about what might happen. BUT, as of September this year, my case... has been dismissed... I don't know why I worried at all, I mean he explained the steps to getting it dismissed, and always kept me in the loop about what was going on currently, or what was coming next.
