I admit I was scared at first, but dan is willing to work with you if you need to do payments for him to represent you, very knowledge able and straight to the point. Before he came a lawyer, he was a district attorney for Harris County and that was a... lot of help since he knows the clerks, judges and da’s in the court room and will work to get you the best plea bargain you can get. I had 2 open court cases one for a felony and other for a dwi and he was able to get my felony dropped and get my dwi case to 1 year probation which is not bad cause my situation could of been a lot worse than it was originally.
