I had the Powers Law Group submit an I-130 for my husband and all can say the packet was poorly done to the extent USCIS sent notice of Intent to Revoke because the proof of a bonfide marriage wasn't not sufficient. I paid the firm a lot of money only having to have the work rejected by USCIS. ...My advice is seek another lawyer who does the work themselves if you are paying top dollar and doesn't have a high turnover rate. Otherwise, you are wasting a lot of time and experiencing a lot of heartache because you placed your future in the hand of someone who only care is taking your money instead of executing quality work.

This attorney works with her assistants, its very hard to get in touch with her. I paid her for an initial consultation but she was in a rush to kick me out of her office. Even though I paid for the consultation and had some questions, she said the consultation is just a brief overview and I wanted a... more in-depth explanation before signing a representation contract and paying her thousands.

My long time lady friend, then fiancée, now wife, had a tremendous experience working with Ruby Powers and our team. Starting in June 2016, we worked with Ruby on a I-129 fiancée visa to bring my wife to the US (she is from Kyrgyzstan) and obtain permanent resident status.
