I read an article about estate planning and was lead to Rania's article and website and from.there on I was amazed at how kind, caring and compassionate she is.. Ms. Combs took her time listened to my concerns answered the many ,many questions I had before ,during snd after the process, even going ...further to explain things I had no idea about regarding laws etc... I 100% trust and recommend Ms. Combs for any real estate and all real estate question and/or needs. We knew we definitely needed to update our wills and powers of attorney, so we sought out recommendations from various professionals. The first one we checked out gave us a quote that really took us by surprise. It wasn't that we were looking for a "cheap" deal, but this quote was out of our league. ...So we considered Legal Zoom. Then we learned that this would not be the best option as our state (Texas) can run you into problems when it comes time to put your documents into force. Rania is a wonderful person to work with. She was able to help me problem solve through some complicated estate planning issues on behalf of my elderly father in the Phillipines. Having an on line attorney was essential considering that my dad’s condo property was located in. Dallas,Tx and I live...d in North Carolina. We were able to zoom meet with my dad in the Phillipines and Rania created his power of attorney document . From there we were able to create a spendthrift trust that allowed my brother to live in my father’s Dallas Condo after he passes. The details of the trust were so well thought out and based on my conversations with Rania about my specific family situation.
