Seller sold two adjacent lots to buyers using a contract for deed. Buyers defaulted, but remained in possession. Buyers sued claiming that Seller had verbally modified the contract for deed, and had ... agreed to forgive the remaining balance and grant them title to one of the lots if they took certain actions. Court granted a summary judgment in favor of firm’s client, the Seller, awarding him title to the lot, statutory damages, and attorneys fees.
