In April 2018 I was charged with a DWI. I didn’t know where to begin with this lengthy process. I was given many attorney names, but when I got to Mr. Sean Darvishi, I knew I didn’t have to look any further. From the minute I spoke to him over the phone, I knew he was the right attorney for me. Sean Darvishi is truly an exceptional attorney in every aspect and I could not be beyond more grateful to have hired him as my legal council during such a troubling time. I had been arrested for a DWI back in March of 2017 and he did a fantastic job keeping me up to date with the proceedings of my AL...R hearing, court hearings, gathering all the evidence and reviewing it with me. Another thing I really liked and respected most about Sean was that he pulled no punches and gave only realistic expectations. There are many out there who sell empty promises just to get your business and underdeliver. Sean gave it to me straight from the beginning, we reviewed everything and to be perfectly honest with whoever is reading this, my case didn't look too good. The state was certainly not backing down or offering any sort of decent plea and after deliberating the risk vs. reward with Sean for a bit we decided on rolling the dice and taking it to trial. I could not be more glad we did, the jury selection process was a bit nerve racking, I mean you are literally selecting 6 strangers out of around 30 that are going to decide your fate. That's tough to swallow for any man but he maintained his poise as always and asked all the right questions. In the end we had 6 jurors we felt confident would be impartial and listen to the facts. Remember it is on the state to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, not the defense. This is where Sean's star really shined the brightest as he is not only well educated on the law but in science as well. Watching him rip apart the state's witnesses and them stumble over their words as he unleashed fact after fact that they had no answer for and his level of detail was truly something to marvel at. His opening, as well as, closing statements were airtight, in the end I was found not guilty by the jury and am writing this as a free man. About the only thing Sean may be better at then being an attorney is as an individual. He is a loving husband, father, and really down to earth guy who cares about his clients. I am most definitely one and done when it comes to being charged with a DWI, it has been both a very costly and humbling experience to say the very least which anyone who has been through one can certainly tell you. However, if you ever find yourself is this unfortunate predicament I wholeheartedly implore you please contact Sean Darvishi ASAP! Dont wait, trying to navigate the complexities of the law yourself is akin to trying to attempt open heart surgery after watching a few YouTube videos. You hopefully wouldn't ever do that and you shouldn't do it here when its your life literally hanging in the balance. Prior to my incident I had never dealt with criminal courts before. Luckily my wife found Sean who helped us navigate the criminal justice system. His pricing is fair and his work is great. He answered calls and texts very promptly and helped keep us calm during the process. His work was good eno...ugh that I was no-billed by a grand jury and my case was completely dropped!
