Cailey McLain was born and raised in Navasota, Texas. She received her undergraduate from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Cailey was licensed to practice law in November of 2018.

She began her career as a criminal defense attorney based out of Bryan, Texas, but practices in multiple counties across central Texas. The bulk of Cailey’s practice is focused on indigent defense, where she takes cases in several rural counties for individuals who cannot afford to hire their own attorney. Additionally, she has assisted on multiple high-profile state and federal cases.

In October of 2019, at the age of 26, Cailey became the youngest attorney in the nation to ever receive the “Lawyer-Scientist” designation by the American Chemical Society. She completed the Forensic Chromatography, Solid-Drug, and DUID courses all within the same year she was licensed.

Cailey is a member of the Brazos County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association (BCCDLA), the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association (TCDLA), the DUI Defense Lawyer’s Association (DUIDLA), and the American Chemical Society (ACS).

I hired Ms. McLain to help me with a warrant after I accidentally missed my court date, as well as with the rest of my case. She seemed to have a thorough knowledge of what was best for her clients as well as good relationships with the local courts. I would not have received the outcome I did had I not hired McLain.

Is veey nice, honest, hard working, always makes time for the client and works with them as much as she can. Helped me alot agaist a very rough da and was always able too give me updates

She will fight your cause tooth and nail as she did my case. She did the ground work and got my charge dismissed I was facing 15 year plea.shes a tough compassionate lawyer that give her all and care about her clients. I got my life back thank you! Ms. CaileyMcClain attorney at law lol!

Dont Hire This Lawyer.

Last month we went to court and we were there 4 hours while Cailey McLain was talking the DA and she said that in my plea deal I was going to be on house arrest for 30 days. Today we went to court and she said I had to spend 30 in Jail and I said you said that I would have house arrest for 30 dats and Cailey Mc Lain said I never said that. She lied to me and she always disappeared and left me waiting. I would not recommend using Cailey McLain. Good Luck If you do use her.
