Stellar representation

Andy is the guy you want fighting your fight. He's sharp, thorough, and straight forward. I had a libel/defamation case brought against me that needed detailed attention. Andy handled the case flawlessly. I would recommend him to my family, friends, and colleagues without hesitation.

Extremely well-versed attorney willing to go to bat for you

Mr. Bayley is an extremely knowledgeable attorney able to bridge his education with experience to provide, hands down, the best legal services available. I have been a client of Mr. Bayley's for approximately 3 years. Services rendered include multiple business litigations, as well as counsel on chil...d custody and child support matters. Mr. Bayley not only consults with you directly one on one, he is very compassionate towards one's hardships. Throughout my entire time working with Mr. Bayley, he is always available to discuss questions I have and is very punctual with regard to keeping me informed with new developments. Every attorney I have worked with previously would require multiple messages left with his or her secretary and a minimum of several days, sometimes a few weeks, before I would hear back from them. In addition, the majority of the time I would communicate with a paralegal who would breach communication or mismanage information, that at times, would lead to issues that were too late to correct. Not with Mr. Bayley. He personally handles all of my questions and goes above and beyond what I feel any other attorney would do. Mr. Bayley not only works diligently on your case to bring about a positive result, he does so in an extremely timely manor. Whereas other attorneys I have dealt with, drag things out to produce more billable hours, thus costing me substantial amounts of money. I truly believe Mr. Bayley's ability to combine his experience with intellect has saved me thousands of dollars! And, produced a resolve that seemed bleak at times among very difficult circumstances. Mr. Bayley handled an issue for me in which an investor and business partner knowingly manipulated contracts and were working in an attempt to compromise my ability to make a living. Furthermore, at the time I was financially in a bind, whereas my former business partner was in a much more favorable monetary position to tie things up in court. Mr. Bayley did not stand for this, took the case head on, and ultimately was resilient and persistent to the point I never would have dreamed he could produce the outcome that resulted. Furthermore, I found myself in a difficult situation during a divorce. I had a number of questions about my rights with regards to seeing my son and financially compensating my ex-wife. Mr. Bayley not only addressed the issues I faced with the most appropriate approach, he made sure to protect my business and assets while looking out for my son's best interest during one of the most trying times in my life. I could not recommend a better attorney. I am confident that Mr. Bayley is one of the few individuals still willing to go the extra mile for clients simply because he does not settle for anything short of excellence.

WOULD USE AGAIN

Ok so why did I decided to give AB such a high rating. My case involves a time consuming litigation against a for profit medical school based out of Mexico, operating in the US, they also have an office in San Antonio and in NY state. This school used deceptive trade practices to lure students int...o their program and collect their federal loan money. Before hiring AB, I consulted 3 attorneys in TX, all of which have great reviews and are considered SUPER LAWYERS (PS I’d love to find out how these lawyers are placed in these magazines). Below are the lawyers, both Julie Johnson and Kustoff/Phipps told me I could not litigate this school in TX because the school made its students sign a document that any legal dispute would be litigated in Mexico, BOTH ATTORNEYS WERE INCORRECT, Andrew got it correct, and the school was forced to defend in San Antonio and not Mexico were I have no rights!!! Ironically, both lawyers were so called experts on consumer fraud and for profit schools, HUMM could have fooled me. Tucker was ok, but he insisted I litigate in NY state instead of TX which may not have been possible. Not only were these lawyers incorrect, but they hide themselves behind paralegals and office workers who do not have the clients interest at heart, with AB he is the only individual who answers the phone. Another plus to using AB is his willingness to travel to different cities. Law Office of Julie Johnson firm, Dallas TX Ryan J. Tucker DAVIS, CEDILLO & MENDOZA, INC. McCombs Plaza, Suite 500 755 E. I cannot recommend a lawyer more strongly than Andrew Bayley

Although I am a business owner residing in a different state, recently it became apparent that my company and I required local representation in Harris County, Texas. Because the matter at hand concerned an issue of significant complexity and went back several years, the selected attorney would nece...ssarily have to undergo a rapid learning curve. I chanced upon Andrew Bayley after interviewing and considering a score of alternate candidates. In our initial discussion I was struck by Andrew's rapid uptake of complex issues as well as the common sense he brought to the task evident by his highly insightful questions. I decided to contract with Andrew and have never regretted doing so. Blessed with youth and vigor, Andrew has brought a great deal of positive energy to an otherwise deeply frustrating case. During times when I found myself stressed and at my wit's end, invariably Andrew was able to help me achieve healthy perspective. Time and again, he distilled complicated problems into their core elements and thereby was able to propose potentially reasonable solutions. Andrew is both hard working and personally committed to his client's cases. It is clear that for him the practice of advocacy constitutes a personal 'sense of mission' rather than simply a career calling. After one particularly grueling week I remember asking Andrew what he was doing to unwind for the weekend. He surprised and touched me by replying that he was volunteering in a local workshop -- offering legal expertise to low-income folks who could otherwise not afford such high level services. In my experience, and on too many occasions to count, Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty. In fact, it was largely due to Andrew's legal acumen and conscientious efforts that an almost impossible commercial litigation problem has gradually evolved into a tolerable resolution. Particularly for a business person facing complex litigation, I do not hesitate in offering Andrew Bayley my highest recommendation, In sum, the value Andrew provides his clients is of the highest caliber.

STAY AWAY!!!

I began looking for an attorney after my ex hired an aggressive attorney who was demanding all kinds of unreasonable things from me, and doing everything possible to screw me over. He seemed honest and compassionate, so I hired Andrew. In the 2 months or so that I worked with him, he did NOTHING. He ...claims to have reviewed the evidence I sent him, but if he actually did, it was at the last minute. He encouraged me to cave and accept ANYTHING they were willing to give me. The one thing I specifically asked him to do, the one thing which could have turned the tide of my case HE DID NOT DO. My feeling is that he was unprepared and did not know the proper procedures to accomplish what I asked him to do. I had already paid Andrew a substantial amount of money and didn't feel like I was any better off for it, so I fired him. He sent me an invoice saying that I owed him several hundred dollars. I disputed this, considering he hadn't done ANYTHING for my case, and he agreed to let me off. Now I find out he is still my "attorney of record", which apparently means I can't do anything without him. Now the AG is going to withhold over half of my income, and the court I'm in wont even let me set a hearing. Thanks Andy! That was $1500 well spent!
