First off, I started my case off going pro se, but then I realized that I couldn't handle the pressure coupled with the emotions involved of potentially losing my daughter to an out of state move; therefore I needed an attorney. I called Andy and from the first conversation he told me exactly what I ...felt without me having to express it to him. Andy is a great attorney to have in your corner! I was going through a divorce and fighting for custody of my child. First off he is straight up with you on whether or not you have a chance of winning. I watched him get called everything in the book by the other attorney and never once did he lose hi...s composer, and he responded to her with respect no matter how she talked to him. Most important was his knowledge through the ups and downs during the case everything Andy said would happen did. And even over a year after everything ended Andy is there anytime I have a question. In my limited exposure to working with attorneys, I must admit that Mr Baylay’s service is by far the best. He recently represented me in a civil case where a greedy investor was trying to destroy me and my business. Mr Baylay was very skillfully in arguing my case.
