The Best

Last year on my birthday I was headed to get my nails done with my twin sister this is our yearly ritual before we start our day when she was stopped. My sister asked why was she being stopped and the police office told her to get out of the car and started to handcuff her. I asked why? Is she b...eing arrested. I was arrested for interfering with public servants duties. I was shocked I had never see a public servant act so weird. I was so scared that I called the police on the police. She was told later that her license plate had a cover over it. She bought the car like that and had been driving it for over a year with it and it did not impede the numbers. I was given Mr. Curl as my defense attorney. He immediately looked at the tape. When I finally met him on my first day of court he told me that this was a weak case and he expected that it would be dropped. It wasn't so he worked with me patiently never telling me to take what was offered my parent and Mr. Curl recommended that I take it to trial. I figured I stood a better chance with 12 people than a judge working for the the same system that ruined my birthday and could be ruining my professional career. I come from a great family, middle class, I'm a senior in college never wanted to cause any problem for any public servant. I was taught that at a very young age respect law enforcement. Mr. Curl made me feel that he believe me as I told my story. He never made me feel like my case was a waste of his time. He was thorough, friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. My case was eventually dropped due to lack of evidence. Over that year I watch many attorneys tell their client to take cases that were weak. I thank God everyday for Mr. Curl. Even after this terrible incident, I still believe in the judicial system that a man or woman will have their day in court and it could be a good day mine was. Thanks again Matthew Fox Curl your are THE BEST.
