I was dealing with anxiety,depression,migraines,bullying,etc due to management at my employment. I ended up out on STD, thought it would be for short term but it ended up being longer time. They collected my medical documents to support my case, I filled out medical questionnaire forms , within 2 months, my LTD was approved and reinstated due to Marc Whiteheads office providing actual facts.
