John Bo Nichols

After paying much time and money with the first divorce lawyer, I was referred to Mr. Nichols by a friend. I am so thankful for the excellent work my lawyer did in the first hearing! Mr. Nichols is a smart, very knowledgeable, and well-spoken lawyer who turned the results of first hearing into my ...favor. I am still in the middle of divorce. But, I am certain with his ethical/professional manner, my lawyer will get the best and fair possible outcome for me.

Simply put, I could not have asked for a better attorney. From the first meeting, I knew Bo and his team were the people to trust with the welfare of my child at stake. Through every aspect of the case Bo has exceeded my expectations, and been there every single time I have needed him (which has been... a lot). Bo represented me in a child custody matter, then again in a divorce. In the child custody situation, Bo helped to correct a custody order that was a the result of a botched attempt from another attorney which ended up with 4 kids (middle school age)going between two homes week to week for a year. ...Bo literally gave me and my kids our lives back. Now 8 years later, they are all well adjusted, in college and doing very well. The divorce was my most recent situation. It could have had a major financial impact on my family. But Bo helped to resolve everything successfully. Both times I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, thorough attorney. Not only were both cases decided in my favor, but Bo made sure everything was finalized appropriately and all loose ends tied up. Bo helped me with a custody case that crossed the Texas state border. He was very compassionate about my case, both personally and professionally. He made me feel very secure. Firstly, I never write reviews; however this one was worthy of doing so. I was referred to Mr. Nichols by a friend. I was reluctant, but he and his team did not disappoint. I've never been though any type of court process so I was an emotional rollercoaster and understood nothing. Ending a 15 year ma...rriage was heartbreaking and they made me feel like I talk to them about anything and that I was never a "bother". They actually care. The day of court was extremely hard for me emotionally. However, I found peace in my representation. For the first time, someone "had my back". Mr. Nichols (Bo) was beyond impressive; I've never witnessed anything like it. The knowledge and professionalism were on another level, not to mention the organization displayed! The attention to detail was insane. HE KILLED IT IN COURT and his team is BEYOND AMAZING! As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and they earned every single penny. I questioned myself MANY times along the way because it's such a hard time, but they are the best decision I could've made. Hands down, THE BEST!!!!
