John Bo Nichols

Bo has represented my husband and I in a very complicated custody matter since April 2015. This is an extremely unusual case involving other family members (not a divorce situation) and he has remained confident, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. We have been extremely hap...py with the outcome so far and impressed with his litigation skills. Let's just say we Almost felt pity for the opposing counsel.. We know we are in good hands and have no concerns about outcomes of possible future proceedings. Also always prompt to return phone calls, emails, etc. and has a great staff. Highly recommend Bo!!

Family law is not a practice area where your clients are particularly enthused to be in the process. I would say I definitely fell into that category. Bo represented me in a divorce and custody matter. I did not enjoy the process, but Bo was proficient and human. He did an excellent job on the le...gal matters, but he also was very respectful and empathetic concerning the process. Bo understood that the most favorable outcome was still going to be an unfortunate life experience for me and gave me wise and knowledgeable advice. He routinely counseled me as my attorney, and then also as a father and husband. I only paid him for his legal counsel, but I was most appreciative of his human qualities. There are literally thousands of "lawyer jokes" out there. Bo humanizes the practice and that is something that is truly rare and valuable. If you are in a relationship that has reached its end and need a divorce lawyer who is not a robot, Bo is one of the most talented out there. I would highly recommend him. I sincerely hope I never find myself in those circumstances again. If I do, I will be going with Bo.
