I have been licensed to practice law in the state of Texas since May of 2012.  My practice is focused primarily on family law litigation including divorce/property division, original child custody suits, suis to modify child custody, and suits to enforce various obligations related to marital property agreements/orders and child support/parental obligation agreements/orders.  I have worked on legal teams representing clients in cases ranging from high net worth proerty divisions to high conflict custody cases and everything in between.  I regularly take cases taking place in Harris County, Texas, Fort Bend County, Texas, Montgomery County, Texas, Brazoria County, Texas, Galveston County, Texas and the various other counties that border or surround the Greater Houston, Texas metroplex.  Though the majority of family law cases will settle outside of court, there are times when settlement is either not possible or not in a client's or his/her children's best interest.  As such, a party to a family law case needs an attorny capable of efficient preparation of a case in order to be prepared for settlement and/or trial.   I very much look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your family law matter.
