Consultation and any subsequent representation require a fee agreement which is fully explained before the initial meeting by the office manager. Generally, I am retained to work out a settlement of claims, and I place considerable emphasis on early and informal resolution. My ability to work out settlements is based on extensive training in negotiation, mediation and arbitration, and on my being recognized by the Bar in 2007 as "outstanding trial lawyer."

Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2005
updated on 10/11/2017Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“This public reprimand involved a complaint that I did not inform my client about the filing of an administrative charge, even though by the time I was engaged by the client the time for filing the charge already had expired. I agreed to the public reprimand with that specific understanding.”
