Hiring ana was the best thing I've ever did!!!

Ana helped me in getting paroled in place. My husband and I had been putting my process of adjustment of status off for a while now, mostly because we were scared and confused on the paroled in place process. After searching around on the web, I got recommended to Ana Maria Schwartz and called her ri...ght away. In only 4 months I got my green card! I am glad to say it was the best decision we’ve ever made. She made me feel so sure about everything! And explained in detail the process we had ahead. More than an awesome lawyer, she’s a great person. I would recommend Ana. Hands down she’s the best lawyer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If ever I need an immigration attorney, I know Ana will get the job done and do it promptly.

My personal experience with Ana Maria Schwartz - an Immigration Attorney

My wife and I - who she being originally from Brazil - married in April 2011. Prior to that - she had been in the U.S. for about 3 years. Immediately after our marriage - we began the process of looking for a local Immigration Attorney to do 2 things. The 1st was to begin the process of making my wi...fe a legal resident of the U.S. which eventually would allow her to become a U.S. citizen - and 2nd - to also do the exact same thing for her 9 year old son - which would also allow him to come here legally and remain here permanently. He too was born in Brazil - but had never traveled outside of that country. I knew this would be a big undertaking - as you're dealing with the legalities of 2 countries combined with International Law - not to mention - other realms OUTSIDE of law - like the boy's biological dad in Brazil - who was initially adamant - that he would not allow this to happen. We were told by other Brazilian families that this would be a long and very costly process - but much longer and significantly more expensive - if choosing the wrong attorney. After much searching - we came across Mrs Schwartz - who has offices in both Austin and Houston, Texas. After the 1st interview - we were relieved to say the least - that this attorney knew the system - knew the legal - but also the non-legal hurdles that we would face - not to mention - the legal system in BOTH countries. She was upfront - literally answering a lot of questions - even BEFORE we asked them. What she said would happen along the way - happened exactly as she said. There were surprises to us along the way - but NOT to her and her expertise. What we would face happened exactly as she had said. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone having the FREE interview she offers - before making your choice of which Immigration Attorney to hire. In closing - she was MUCH cheaper in the COMPLETE services she offers - than all the other attorneys that we had contacted.

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed and heartfelt experience with me as your immigration attorney. I'm deeply honored and grateful for your kind words. Navigating the complexities of immigration law, especially when dealing with two countries and international legalities, can indeed be challenging. I'm glad that I could provide you with the support you and your wife needed in the process of obtaining legal residency in the U.S.. Moreover, helping your whole family be together permanently was equally important and rewarding. I understand the emotional and logistical hurdles you faced. As your attorney, it was my responsibility to guide you through each step and ensure that you were well-prepared for any challenges that might arise. I am humbled by your appreciation of my expertise and transparency. My goal is always to be upfront and provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions. As for the cost, I'm pleased to know that my services were both effective and affordable for you. I'm glad that I could provide the best value for your investment. Thank you for entrusting me with your case. It was a privilege to be a part of your immigration journey. Sending my best wishes to you and the whole family!

Outstanding Attorney!!

My wife had a very complicated case which involved an I-601 waiver for illegal presence, an Adjustment of Status and a FOIA request, among other things. We have had some issues with other lawyers in the past, so after doing some diligent research we heard great things about Ana and decided to go wit...h her. We could not have made a better decision!! I was immediately impressed after our initial phone consultation. Ana is very personable, understanding, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions with confidence, despite the complicated nature of our case. Other “immigration” lawyers we spoke with didn’t know the answers to half of my questions and said they would get back with us and never did. Some of the other lawyers that we have had in the past wouldn’t even speak with us on the phone or return our phone calls even after we paid them thousands of dollars. Ana is always a phone call or e-mail away and always responds in a timely manner and in person. We live in Florida and she is in Texas and everything went just as smoothly as if we were right there in Austin. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ana for anyone in need of immigration assistance! Ana truly has a passion for her work and it shows! She really enjoys helping others successfully navigate through the very complicated immigration process. She put in 110% effort and went above and beyond to take a personal interest into our case which led to my wife’s approval. We could have never done this process without her! Thanks to Ana, my family is safely together and my wife is now a permanent resident of the United States! She is truly a Godsend...Thanks Ana!!

Waiver Case / Marriage

In the middle of my wife's visa process, we learned that we needed to file a waiver to obtain a green card. We spoke to several top lawyers in this field from Houston to Los Angeles. We knew our case was complicated and we needed a great lawyer to help us. Despite their reputation, we never receiv...ed such personalized attention as we did when we interviewing Annie Schwartz. In fact, most of the time, we could not even speak with other attorneys and had only their assistants try to reassure us that their attorney was great. Well, we did not feel comfortable sending money to an attorney we could not speak with. In our first consultation we knew we made the right decision. It was very easy speaking with her and we appreciated the time spent listening to us with no pressure. My first language is English but my wife’s is Spanish, since Annie is perfectly bilingual we both felt very comfortable discussing our case. Despite being located in two different cites, our whole process was completed through emails and phone calls and she produced everything on time. She always answered our questions personally, not through an assistant, over the phone or email and a couple of months later our green card was approved. We highly recommend Annie Schwartz to anybody searching for a great immigration attorney. We haven't thanked her personally, but as soon as we make our way to her city, we will do so. Many thanks to Annie Schwartz and of course we thank God for leading us to her.

Change of status through Marriage

I came to the US as an F1 student and found the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. So, I had to change my status to Permanent Resident (Green Card). I had read on all sites and forums about why you should get an attorney even if you thought your case was pretty easy; ours was. I e...mailed a few attorneys before I found Ana Maria Schwartz. From the first email I knew she will be the one to help us get things done. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient (I tend to ask tons of questions). Her advice and help on filling out the papers is a big part of what helped us get the green card. I ended up moving from Austin and she still helped me, she made calls, change my address, submitted papers several times, met with us twice on Saturday!!. If anyone needs an Immigration Attorney use Ana Maria even if you are not in Austin.
