Ana Maria was so meticulous! Herself and her team were always quick to respond to all our questions and I was able to get my green card in 5 months with no hiccups.

From impossible case to citizenship

Ana Maria was the only attorney out of 12 that got back to me and actually listened. She was incredible in her turn around time, she handled the cases herself and her entire team went above and beyond and was familiar with my case and only increased the value offered. I used her services for a gr...een card renewal, a citizenship and an appeal for citizenship. My process was not an easy one but because of her abilities and skill set I was able to get citizenship quickly and through all the hurdles without worrying too much. Hire her today.

ADVANCE PAROLE

I have been working with Ana and her team (Gailin) these are a dynamic duo! they are always willing to help and answer any questions. If Ana Maria is not available for a call or to answer questions, rest assure that Gailin will step in and help in any way. I have nothing but respect and gratitude for... them and the law firm they are transparent and know their stuff. I’ve reached out to them for advance parole purposes and every time I had a question or concern they answered it and gave me as many details as possible. I’m happy to say my experience with this law firm has been very good and positive!

ANA is a ROCKSTAR - I 100% recommend her. she saved my life!!

I am beyond thrilled to share my fantastic experience with Ana Maria Schwartz, who played an instrumental role in helping me secure my N-400 naturalization approval. Her exceptional expertise and dedication took me through one of the most challenging phases of my journey – receiving a Notice of Inten...t to Deny (NOID). From the moment we started working together, Ana demonstrated a profound understanding of immigration law and provided unwavering support. She meticulously reviewed my case, crafted a compelling response to the NOID, and guided me through every step with clarity and confidence. Ana's commitment to her clients is unparalleled. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how trivial, and reassured me during moments of uncertainty. Thanks to her diligence and strategic approach, my application was approved, and I am now scheduled for my oath ceremony. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Nicole Stancik , Ana's intern, who was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. Nicole's assistance and attention to detail were invaluable, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order. Ana Maria Schwartz is not just an attorney; she is a true advocate who cares deeply about her clients' success. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking immigration assistance. Thank you, Ana and Nicole, for making my dream of becoming a U.S. citizen a reality! - RAJ FROM TEXAS

A lawyer with integrity !

Ana Maria and her staff are amazing! We are so happy to have found this firm. The top 3 reasons why we chose Ana Maria as our immigration lawyer are: 1. Integrity 2. Expertise 3. Strong communication. I have had Ana handle my DACA renewals, Advance parole permit, and green card application that was ...approved without an interview. In all the cases Ana handle for me and my family, I was never blindsided by any mishaps with USCIS, and if there were any hiccups along the way Ana Maria and her team worked diligently to get the matter back on track. Any update regarding our case Ana and her staff communicated with us in timely manner of any changes or action steps needed on my behalf to get our case to move forward.in one occasion I needed an info pass appointment with USCIS and Ana and her team were able to get me an appointment the same week they called. USCIS fees continue to go up as the years have passed, however, Ana’s fees are reasonable, and the payment plans this law firm offers for the lawyer fees are feasible for anyone who maybe “afraid of the cost” (like I was at some point). I highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking to trust a lawyer that through her superb work ethic, genuinely cares about her clients and their families. I look forward to have Ana handle my case for citizenship!
