From impossible case to citizenship

Ana Maria was the only attorney out of 12 that got back to me and actually listened. She was incredible in her turn around time, she handled the cases herself and her entire team went above and beyond and was familiar with my case and only increased the value offered. I used her services for a gr...een card renewal, a citizenship and an appeal for citizenship. My process was not an easy one but because of her abilities and skill set I was able to get citizenship quickly and through all the hurdles without worrying too much. Hire her today.

“Experience Matters”

After several years of delay, my husband and I decided to switch from our previous attorney and scheduled a consultation with Ana. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; and very charismatic and easy to talk to. We hired her for representation during an interview and after USCIS decided to requ...est for further information, we re-hired her to help put together an appropriate response. In helping put together the documentation her office was amazing and super efficient. She’s full of knowledge and great ideas and suggestions, and despite being friendly and bubbly, she is direct, honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. My case was approved literally DAYS after USCIS received our response. I’m extremely grateful - I know she was a key component in helping my case move along. Don’t look elsewhere - Ana should be your attorney.

Resident visa's made easy

I married a Brazilian woman about a year and a half ago and we hired Ana Maria to get us through the CR1 resident visa quagmire. Probably one of best decisions I could have made regarding this as she was very accommodating and had a lot of information concerning options, process and preparation. The ...time line for completion was longer then expected mostly due to the NVC and the bureaucracy we had to interact with -- Ana Maria had all our information ready and available and had us well prepared. When it came time for the interview, all we had to provide was updated criminal background information when she also told us to bring. Despite the time it took, she made it very smooth and had us well prepared.

John- Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I'm deeply touched by your kind words and grateful for the opportunity to assist you and your wife with the CR1 resident visa process. Navigating the CR1 visa journey can indeed be complex, and I'm glad that I could provide you with the information and options you needed to make informed decisions. I'm pleased to know that you found the process smooth and that you were well-prepared. Dealing with bureaucracy can be time-consuming, and I appreciate your patience throughout the timeline. Once again, thank you for trusting me to guide you through the CR1 resident visa journey. It has been a privilege to be a part of your immigration process. Sending best wishes to you and your wife!

Highly Recommended

Ana Maria Schwartz was the best lawyer we could have asked for in our case. She calmed our fears and gave us the knowledge to go into the interview prepared. She was very responsive to questions and was invaluable in guiding us through this complicated process.

My personal experience with Ana Maria Schwartz - an Immigration Attorney

My wife and I - who she being originally from Brazil - married in April 2011. Prior to that - she had been in the U.S. for about 3 years. Immediately after our marriage - we began the process of looking for a local Immigration Attorney to do 2 things. The 1st was to begin the process of making my wi...fe a legal resident of the U.S. which eventually would allow her to become a U.S. citizen - and 2nd - to also do the exact same thing for her 9 year old son - which would also allow him to come here legally and remain here permanently. He too was born in Brazil - but had never traveled outside of that country. I knew this would be a big undertaking - as you're dealing with the legalities of 2 countries combined with International Law - not to mention - other realms OUTSIDE of law - like the boy's biological dad in Brazil - who was initially adamant - that he would not allow this to happen. We were told by other Brazilian families that this would be a long and very costly process - but much longer and significantly more expensive - if choosing the wrong attorney. After much searching - we came across Mrs Schwartz - who has offices in both Austin and Houston, Texas. After the 1st interview - we were relieved to say the least - that this attorney knew the system - knew the legal - but also the non-legal hurdles that we would face - not to mention - the legal system in BOTH countries. She was upfront - literally answering a lot of questions - even BEFORE we asked them. What she said would happen along the way - happened exactly as she said. There were surprises to us along the way - but NOT to her and her expertise. What we would face happened exactly as she had said. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone having the FREE interview she offers - before making your choice of which Immigration Attorney to hire. In closing - she was MUCH cheaper in the COMPLETE services she offers - than all the other attorneys that we had contacted.

Thank you so much for sharing your detailed and heartfelt experience with me as your immigration attorney. I'm deeply honored and grateful for your kind words. Navigating the complexities of immigration law, especially when dealing with two countries and international legalities, can indeed be challenging. I'm glad that I could provide you with the support you and your wife needed in the process of obtaining legal residency in the U.S.. Moreover, helping your whole family be together permanently was equally important and rewarding. I understand the emotional and logistical hurdles you faced. As your attorney, it was my responsibility to guide you through each step and ensure that you were well-prepared for any challenges that might arise. I am humbled by your appreciation of my expertise and transparency. My goal is always to be upfront and provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions. As for the cost, I'm pleased to know that my services were both effective and affordable for you. I'm glad that I could provide the best value for your investment.
