I had a very complex immigration case that had so many mistakes from myself and other lawyers I previously had. I had my entire case canceled because I had to travel and was not supposed to. I gave up completely and was ready to move back where I am from before I met Ana Maria. First of all, Ana Mari...a is an amazing human being that actually cares about you. The way she speaks to you and treat you is not how I experience from any lawyer ever. She is genuine, honest and super affordable. She took care of everything for me, I literally just had to send her some documents and pictures. She filled everything in a record time and submit my application within a week. 8 months later I received my green card without even going for an interview and without receiving a request of extra information. Once again, my case was really complex with multiple applications and rejections but she make it seems like nothing. I am now US resident and Ana Maria literally changed life.

Unprofessional at best, but really just the worst lawyer you can choose. My deal with her and what she probably tells all her clients is she'll help with the initial application to residency all the way to citizenship. $3500 for the whole thing. Don't make the mistake of paying her up front. She will... disappear once she decides that she will no longer help you or blame comcast for not having any landlines. Worst dealing I have ever had with any kind of professional. Stay away!!! On top of being unprofessional and stealing your money, you won't even be able to get in contact with her if you try to; and taking into account that most immigration applications have a time constraint this is a big one. She has an assistant part time and that is it. It might take months for her to write back or return your call. I would have rather her being straightforward and said she was going to keep my money and did not wanted to fulfil her promise and not burn through my application deadline. But no, she decided she was going to use time as an advantage combined with my deadline closing and her lack of communication I had no other option but hire a new lawyer. One in an actual law firm. Don't pay this person one cent more than you'll have to, she won't deliver and keep your cash. No le pague un centavo más de lo que tenga y no le pague por adelantado. Probablemente la persona menos profesional a la que eh contratado. Se desaparece, no contesta y no devuelve llamadas ni mensajes. Especifique claramente el contrato y hasta qué proceso le va a ayudar. El contrato inicial de ella es superficial y lo usará en su contra. Cuando la gente dice que los abogados son unos aprovechados, están hablando de esta señora.

I contacted, the law office of Ana Maria Schwartz following the separation with my ex-wife, I came to the USA with a fiancé visa after 14 months of marriage I found out my ex-wife was unfaithful and needed to leave the house, I was lost as I leave everything in Europe for love and had no place to go.... Ana Maria listened my story and helped me to remove the condition on my temporary Green Card, I loved working with her and her team, they were really professional, they were following the case in regular basis until I get approved by the USCIS to remove the condition on my residency. But more important what I appreciated on Ana Maria’s work was the empathy she and her team showed me, every time I was anxious about the process, she was able to reinsure me that everything will go well and asked me to be patient. I’m looking forward to work again with Ana Maria next year for my citizenship, I’m recommending her to people dealing with immigration issue, you probably not be able to find a better lawyer and human to work on your case.

I retained attorney Ana Maria Schwartz for my permanent residency petition in 2013. She and her office have been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Ms. Ana is knowledgeable about the process and the immigration system. She explained the process and the potential scenarios that ...we may encounter clearly to my husband and I. Through meeting, phone calls, and emails, she has been very patient and proactive in helping me with the petition process. She informed us of everything that was sent to the immigration and sent us a copy of all documents that were submitted. The day of my interview, I remember it was pouring outside but she arrived early. My petition process went smoothly and she was there for us every step of the way.
