Great Attorney who advocates for clients

Interestingly enough I met atty Daniel Grey on an off chance. He was at mediation that I was not a party to, and I was in the building for other reasons. As we crossed paths and began speaking he gave me his business card and said something to the effect of “you never know when you may need my servic...es”. As I walked away I thought ‘how did he know’. Long story short within 6months I needed his services. That was about 13 years ago. He not only was a great attorney but he advocated for all sides which is not like many family law attorneys. He helped me see things from my child’s perspective and my spouse at the time. In doing so it made the divorcing with children much more smoother for all parties involved. Over the years I have referred over a dozen of friends & colleagues to him during their time of need and he has always shown great detail and concern to them in the same manner he showed to me. I am only writing this review now because I recently referred someone to him. Though he could not represent the guy due to the county he lived in he still took the time to call him after work hours and be a calming voice and help him him understand the process, ease his mind and refer him to two other lawyers that specialized in that county. I am blown away by this. No charge and he gained nothing other than respect and this review. So many other lawyers won’t even talk to paying clients during the day and a night call is not a thing. So for Daniel to do this was going beyond the pale. I am so thankful for our chance encounter all of those years ago and all the help he has provided to me and to all that have been referred. If you want a lawyer who shoots straight and treats each client even opposing counsel as family & friend to work on a fair settlement he is your guy. This is not about money for him, he truly cares. Thank you Atty Gray. Your father was a great mentor to you. You’re appreciated.

Daniel Gray is excellent

I needed a family law attorney when I was filing for full custody of my 3 year old son and my neighbor referred Daniel to me. After hearing her positive experience with Daniel Gray as her attorney, I decided to hire him. From the initial consultation, Daniel was honest and helped me understand every...thing about the process, walking me through, step by step. He is confident and very knowledgeable, which helped me feel more confident in my case. I highly recommend Daniel Gray to anyone seeking help with legal matters.

Honest, trustworthy, experienced superb family law attorney in Houston!

I was referred to Daniel by a good friend of mine who is also an attorney in Houston. Daniel was upfront and honest during my initial consultation. Other firms I consulted with were just interested in obtaining money from me and quoted outrageous retainers before reviewing my case. Since day 1 I felt... attorney Daniel took sincere interest in my kids wellbeing and not just generating more business. In the courtroom, he is incredibly sharp and humble, the perfect combination that judges respect; even under pressure he advocated for us and came up with solutions right on the spot in the middle of court when the other party attempted to throw a few curveballs. He is very well versed in family law and has a full grasp of the Texas family court system. He always responds in an adequate amount of time and never leaves me hanging on a thread waiting to hear from him. In my recent court date despite of having 101 degree fever Daniel showed up to court on time and fully prepared. I have not met any attorney who will go this far to fight for his clients! Furthermore, Daniel has also gone to great lengths to provide service that I could afford but the quality is unmatched in my experience- more than I have wanted! Since my divorce I have been fighting to get justice for my children, now I placed my trust in Daniel Gray to fight for what’s right for my kids! And he’s doing exactly that and MORE. Thank You Daniel!!!!Many thanks and I will recommend you and your firm to all my friends and family!

Trust Daniel Gray!! He fights the good fight.

Daniel was recommended to us by a friend who has worked with him professionally and knowing the particulars of our case thought he would be great. They were right. We had a very tricky, very delicate issue in which we were seeking to be named non parent sole managing conservators. It was not a case m...any attorneys would have be willing to take on. Daniel did. And he fought for us (and the minor) every step of the way. He was brutally honest and forthcoming about what our expectations should be yet he continued to fight as if he had no doubt we were going to win. In the end, he was able to get us possessory conservatorship, a lot more than we hoped for at that point and an absolute last minute win on Daniel's part. More times than I can count Daniel really came through for us, saving the day, so to speak. He was available to us through phone, email, text and by appointment, and occasionally returned calls late into the evening if it was warranted. I would recommend to anyone. I already have.

TAKE DANIEL'S ADVICE!

First of all FACEBOOK is pure evil... When my wife sprung the divorce "Craziness" on me, I was initially lost for words, heartbroken, lost 13 lbs in 1 week... because I still love her. I didn't realize that the more into the divorce, the crazier she would become. Daniel was initially referred to me..., but, I didn't go with him because he wanted to be Rude to this woman that I love. Stupid Me! I hired a nice Christian Lady Lawyer and she royally screwed me over by "Protecting" my wife (THE PERSON WHO IS DIVORCING ME!) I paid out money and lost the fees. In desperation, I called Daniel and hired him after my "lady" lawyer told me to start paying Child Support. Daniel stepped in and was the biggest force that joined my side! He took charge and became the "bad" guy while I stayed as the good guy. He won me both of my kids while I was completely scattered emotionally. This morning, we went in front of the Judge and the Judge granted & rendered me the Primary Managing Conservator of both of my kids. My kids mean more to me than any money and I want to Thank Daniel for being the Battle Angel sent to protect me and my family against the evil that seems to have taken over my wife (now ex-wife). Good Job Daniel. I still don't like Lawyers, but, you do a damn good job, I am just happy that I have you on my side through this process. I would highly recommend Daniel as the "Direct & To-The-Point Divorce Attorney" that you should retain. Pricy.... Sure. But, worth it. I recommend that if you want a milk and cookie divorce, go do it yourself and get screwed over by your soon-to-be-ex. If you want to achieve your desired outcome, please take my advice and use Daniel. Thanks Daniel from me and my kids. We hope to have a peaceful life from this point and on.
