I've been on this case for close to a year fighting to see my child more. I received a last minute email from the district attorney notifiying me I had court in 3 more days! I was in panic mode, no lawyer, no paper evidence ready to present to the judge. I called Thao for a consultation & possibly hi...re her as a lawyer. She met me the next day for consultation. Upon arrival the following day, she told me to calm down, relax. Choose from 3 options, told me what to bring & what to do if you want this case settled. I was still unsure because I'm waking in to a unknown territory w/ no lawyer present. I offered her 2-3 times in our meeting to be my lawyer & I would have problem paying her. I just wanted someone in the courtroom that knows the law. She refused? Why? She was so confident that everything will be fine.. She didn't want to take my cash which is NOT what your typical lawyer would do. Told me she didn't want to cheat me & it wouldn't be right to take my money! It wouldn't be fair for me just showing up in court & haven't work on the case which usually take a minimum of 3 months to prepare. I just paid her for the consultation. Over all, she is amazing. No wonder she has nothing but great review. I emailed thxing her for her advice right after court that I won the case! Told her I couldn't have done so without her! I still feel like I owe her way much more then what she did & the amazing person she really is! Best reguard! From a loving father just trying to be in my child life. She made that happen. Professional, Proficient , Diligent just to name a few. I have watched others get taken advantage of with lawyers and have always been hesitant to hire one myself. After my consultation with Mrs. Tran I knew she was not like the other attorneys I had encountered. And she proven me right. She genuinel...y cared about the welfare of my children and our family. She communicated with me every step of the way and explained every aspect. I wish I would have met her years earlier when I first got divorced. I know anytime I have another issue arise between my ex and our children I will be turning to her again. It is such a relief to know she is on my side and only a phone call away. I definitely recommend for anyone who is considering an attorney to take the time out to speak with her. You will not regret it. A life saver. I contacted her 2 weeks before my court date on a modification I filled myself. She fixed my errors, set up mediation and prepared and represented me in court and gave me my peace of mind back by legally protecting my children.

Ms. Tran really supported me through this difficult time and fought hard for me. I didn't think i would ever have access to my kids but she got me unsupervised visits and overnight visits. Not only did she help me in the court room, she really assisted and guided me emotionally as well. She truly un...derstands the court system and has compassion with her clients as well. I hired Ms. Tran a while back, having her as my attorney has been the best decisions I could have made. She truly helped me and my daughters to be together. She has worked extremely hard in and out of court. Very knowledgeable and friendly, truly a great person. She has a fire inside that when lit, i...s a force to be reckoned with. She was very clear, and made sure I understood everything from day one. She is compassionate but will not let anybody or thing try and steamroll her. Ms. Tran is very professional and truly represents her clients. She answered all of our questions and got me my son back. The mother would never let me see my child at the beginning and i wad very worried and felt powerless. now thanks to ms. Tran i have full custody of my son.
