A Wealth of Experience showing
Last year (late May,2014) I found myself in a major double bind. On the one hand, I was facing an unfair and inequitable dismissal from my job, a deadline imminent ; on the other I was also recovering from a traumatic experience which made it very difficult for me to be fully available mentally and emotionally. Ms. Palmer took on the challenge, leading a team of support that could respond to the situation in a timely and efficient manner. Her long experience, creativity and integrity were all brought to bear as she designed a viable plan of action to negotiate the best possible settlement with my employer. What impressed me the most at the time were how patiently and skilfully she gathered accurate information from me at a time when my mental faculties were compromised. Empathy, care and compassion were never missing ; she was never condescending, never less than thorough, always resourceful when I was clearly not understanding a question or the importance of a detail. I was kept informed about every step of the legal process and when necessary, translated them into 'lay language for me' . Although she did not hesitate on pressing an issue when she needed to, she maintained a professional and cordial tone in her communications with the opposing party. Once the settlement was concluded, she followed up with clear instructions, answering all questions I presented. . Perhaps the most rewarding outcome of this process was that I knew I was no simply another 'case' she won. She clearly rejoiced with me for the happy resolution of my predicament and with the part she played in it.

Exceptional
I needed guidance dealing with labor relations issues with a client group and Lizzette provided recommendations. Lizzette always took time to explain her thought process and was always very quick to respond to any questions that I had.
