Terrible advice as other review mentioned. Kept saying she doesn’t know what rights occupants have.. it’s muddy.. okay??? so why are you practicing this type of law if you don’t know? I should’ve done my research before paying the consultation fee as I found out that she just got off a Fully Probate...d Suspension due to engaging in dishonest, fraudulent and deceitful practices with a client she represented. She knowingly made false statements and had to pay restitution. Chat gpt was more helpful, and FREE!

Not professional. Rarely returns calls. Does not read texts or emails. Paralegal is horrible. Dismissed herself on the day of my trial because of heresy from opposing counsel. Truly a waste of time and money. I was very saddened and disappointed. I was hopeful based on our initial conversation and he...r reviews. Don’t always believe what you read. I especially was hopeful because she was a woman. Never again. I had never received anything, including a retainer, in writing. Very sad legal practice. Her conversations involve a lot of yelling and she rarely allows you to speak. I would never recommend Ms De La O.

After searching high and low for legal advice, and a knowledgeable, willing attorney, Ms. Daney was referred to me by another attorney. She called me, listened to me, assess the strategy that could be used to help me in court. Afterwards, we worked out the payment and we were collectively ready for ...court...the next day! During the court proceedings, I began to sense relieve because of how she was vigorously defending my cause. Through her defense for me, I was vindicated and she was able to argue my case to my benefit. The plaintiff didn't have the right to do what they did...this was brought up by Ms. Daney's knowledge of the law(s) that were applicable to my case. I hired Daney to resolve a lawsuit that a landlord filed against me for early departure from a lease.
