Not professional. Rarely returns calls. Does not read texts or emails. Paralegal is horrible. Dismissed herself on the day of my trial because of heresy from opposing counsel. Truly a waste of time and money. I was very saddened and disappointed. I was hopeful based on our initial conversation and he...r reviews. Don’t always believe what you read. I especially was hopeful because she was a woman. Never again. I had never received anything, including a retainer, in writing. Very sad legal practice. Her conversations involve a lot of yelling and she rarely allows you to speak. I would never recommend Ms De La O.

After searching high and low for legal advice, and a knowledgeable, willing attorney, Ms. Daney was referred to me by another attorney. She called me, listened to me, assess the strategy that could be used to help me in court. Afterwards, we worked out the payment and we were collectively ready for ...court...the next day! During the court proceedings, I began to sense relieve because of how she was vigorously defending my cause. I hired Daney to resolve a lawsuit that a landlord filed against me for early departure from a lease. My son and I moved out early due to constant harassment and invasion of privacy from a landlord and her thug workers. It was unsafe to live there. I rented my home after hurricane Harvey through renters warehouse and then relocated to Phoenix to live with family after a car accident required several surgeries. I returned this April to have a sprinkler system installed to find out my tenant was running a business out of my house. I called Daney ...and she consulted with me over the phone and I hired her. My tenant requested a jury trial to move the date out so everything escalated. Daney walked me through each step and was very successful in mediating my case and dealing with an unscrupulous business woman who has no empathy and is in business to rip innocent people off.
