Adam Michael Helleck

I was a client of Helleck Law for a divorce from August 2019 - April 2020. Mr. Helleck is very well versed in the law and how to maximize the strengths and weaknesses of the case. He cuts through the drama to focus the situation in a way that keeps it as simple and stress free as possible. Of course,... anyone that has gone through a divorce knows it is unavoidable when children are involved. During mediation Mr. Helleck was very good. I did not settle for less than I deserved in visitation or estate division because of his counsel. When the case went to trial, he objected when necessary and left our witnesses on the sideline (hallway actually because it was a divorce with children and no one was allowed in the courtroom) when he knew it could only hinder the case. When the opposing counsel put in a motion for a new trial, Mr. Helleck easily used the law to get it denied. That motion was tried via ZOOM video conference with the judge, counsel, clients, and court reporter due to the current pandemic. His rates are right near the market price for the Houston area as well, making his services a decent value in a matter that may affect the rest of your life. The outcome for me was very favorable and I would recommend Mr. Helleck for legal representation.

Mr. Helleck did exactly what he said he could and would do. I hired him to get full custody of my son and to get child support off of me and get whatever money is on hold with child support back to me when the state could do that. I'd have to say he is a good lawyer and yes I'd recommend him to other... people and he gave me a discount for some communication failure with his paralegal Meghan. I understand they are constantly busy and always trying to keep their clients happy. Took a while to send the final order off to get signed by the other people that needed to sign it but I don't know if that was on them or it just took a while to get it all going after my sons mother signed it and sent it back. I appreciate Adam's and Meghan's service and thank you. This is just my experience with them and does not mean anyone else's experience will be this way also.
