Adam Michael Helleck

Mr. Helleck did exactly what he said he could and would do. I hired him to get full custody of my son and to get child support off of me and get whatever money is on hold with child support back to me when the state could do that. I'd have to say he is a good lawyer and yes I'd recommend him to other... people and he gave me a discount for some communication failure with his paralegal Meghan. I understand they are constantly busy and always trying to keep their clients happy. Took a while to send the final order off to get signed by the other people that needed to sign it but I don't know if that was on them or it just took a while to get it all going after my sons mother signed it and sent it back. I appreciate Adam's and Meghan's service and thank you. This is just my experience with them and does not mean anyone else's experience will be this way also.

This man is the truth! He is straight forward and on point. Adam and Megan (his assistant) dove deep for me and got the job done. We retained Adam a year ago to handle a very messy, complicated, and stressful child custody modification and child support review case for us. From the very first phone call, Adam always answered the phone and spent a lengthy amount of time explaining our options, what was going to happen next, and... more importantly, where we go from here. Adam took a child support case for me, he was very easy to work with; he gave me clear answers to my questions and good advice on how to handle the case. Adam also took the time to keep me up to date on what he was billing. Lawyers I've used in the past have not let me know what they were billing m...e until the end of the case then I would have a large payment to make at that time. Adam asked for a reasonable amount up front and asked for incremental payments as we went thru the case. Adam was always available for consultation as I need it. He is always quick to respond to emails and calls. The only time it was over an hour for an email to be responded too was when he was in court.
