Adam went the extra mile not only for me, but also for a very close friend in our family law cases. His attention to detail, listening to my concerns, understanding the situation, identifying/handling 3rd party characters involved, requests for information/discovery, and his "on time" attitude were... unmatched.

Do yourself a favor and hire a professional attorney. Adam is late to hearings and arbitrations but bills as if he was on time. His invoices are full of errors and fraudulent billing hours that he cannot defend. He is constantly asking for additional money before completing the previous task. He ...never submits the proper paperwork to the court in a timely fashion , creating a record that does not accurately represent the facts of the case. Overall, the guy is very unprofessional and incapable of effectively representing any party in an equitable family law proceeding. He owes many ex clients money from unearned retainers and refuses to return phone calls or the funds in question. Hire a reputable firm with a proven record of professionally representing clients in family court. Not a one man firm operating out of their kitchen.

After being instructed by CPS to do so, I was frantically in search of an attorney to help me get an emergency modification done to my custody order. My situation involved a sexual assault incident with my daughter, her father, and his girl friend at the time. Other attorneys I spoke to were less tha...n encouraging that I would be granted the supervised visitation I was seeking due to a lack of physical evidence, and not yet having a ruling from the CPS investigation.
