My experience with Mr. Rousseau and his legal team
After wasting a couple years seeking seeking compensation from the Veterans Admin for injuries sustained during active duty, and getting nowhere, a friend recommended I make a free consultation with Mr. Rousseau. This was without a doubt one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Although it took 2 1/2 years, mostly because of the Covid shutdown, Mr. Rousseau and his legal team never gave up and fought battle after battle with them to win my case. They have my utmost respect and appreciation for what they did. I will be forever grateful.

VA Disability Compensation
Mr. Rousseau was very meticulous researching my military health records yielding more information and health problems than the VA or I thought possible. His integrity and steadfastness ensured I got what the VA was responsible for. I would, and have, referred others for their health problems that bring about the necessity for VA Disability.

This lawyer changed my life!!!
Rick Rousseau is a most knowledgeable caring attorney. He made me aware of the nuances of military law that resulted in an increase in my income for the remainder of my life. He guided me step by step as to forms required and the actions to be completed. During the entire process, which was lengthy and complex, he was clear in his explanations and instructions. His record keeping was meticulous and all copies were sent to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Rick, not only for his legal expertise in military law but for the compassion he exhibits toward his clients.

Rewriting all my needed documents
I had a lot of life changes over a number of years and all my documents were way out of date. Rick Rousseau rewrote my Medical Power of Attorney, Will, distribution of accents and Power of Attorney. I took me longer to make up my mind than it did for him to complete them all. A quick turn a round and very reasonable cost made my life come into order again. Thank you so much.

I highly recomend
I highly recommend Mr Rousseau. He will not tell you what you want to hear if you ask his opinion just because he is not that type of guy but will shoot your straight even if you don't like what he has to say. He is honest and well respected in the civil and military lawyers. I have used Mr Rousseau twice so far and I am satisfied with his services and his staff. Ask around you will find his is one of the best in his field and take the time to sit down with you anytime you have a question.

TOP Notch Attorney
GREAT attorney. Absolutely one of the best in his field. He was very knowledgeable about case matters. He was very through and always kept me informed on what was going on. He answered all of my questions and made himself available at all times for any questions that may arise. If I did not understand something he took the time to make sure that he explained it in a way that I would understand. I recommend that if you are military then you definitely retain his services if you need any legal help. I would refer him to anyone military or civilian

"RIck is a smart, aggressive, hard-working, likeable, clever and intrepid attorney. He loves a challenge and when you meet him you can tell he truly enjoys practicing law. This is important because you want an advocate who loves what he does and can get you excellent results. He was one of my supervisors when I was on active duty and I learned a lot from his mentorship. You cannot go wrong hiring him whether you hire him for a criminal case, a military matter or an estates and trust issue. Did I say he also has a Masters of Law in Taxation on top of everything else....? He is just one of the best."
