UCMJ Legal Representation Review - Mr. Faulkner
Mr. Faulkner first presented himself in a calm collected manner, and he continued to conduct business in that manner. He was confident in everything he told me that would happen and was realistic with outcomes. Mr. Faulkner provided me with representation that was unmatched, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable with your experience. UCMJ situations was one of the most stressful times of my life, and Mr. Faulkner was there every step of the way to include reasonable pricing and being honest with everything. His knowledge in UCMJ proceedings is unmatched, and I highly recommend him as a lawyer. Mr. Faulkner led my case to the best possible outcome, and I have zero regrets bringing him into my case.

Highly Recommend
I had a complicated administrative separation case I was dealing with, and sought the help of Mr. Faulkner. He was very informative of the process and let me know everything ahead of time. He was great with his game plan and strategy at my hearing and it got me the decision I wanted. Without his assistance, things could have been much worse. You wouldn’t go wrong by hiring this man.

Greatly Appreciated
I hired Mr Faulkner on not one but (2) two military related matters. One in 2017 and one in 2018. The first offense I was facing landed me infront of a military judge and jury at a General Court Martials and could have landed me in jail for 20 plus years and would have required me to register as a sex offender on a claim that was brought out of spite and this individual not getting what she wanted. Upon notification of charges I immediately went to work on trying to find an attorney I could afford to fight this case. Consult after consult after consult no-one seemed to be the right fit. Luckily an attorney I had retained to stop the military legal office from unjustly violating my civil, military and constitutional rights, directed me to Mr Faulkner. Meeting him in a parking lot to go over my case in more detail was quite strange at first and doubt seriously lingered in my head. But as he started to talk to me and spell everything out I immediately knew he was the right individual for the job. His no non-sense approach, straightforwardness, knowledge of the law and willingness to fight a prosecution team with unlimited funding and resources was the exact formula needed to win the case. I will be the first to tell you that it was a long 7 stressful months and there were many times I wanted to give up, but Mr Faulkner wouldnt let me and proved time-and-time again that he had a solid game plan. There isnt another Attorney I would trust with complex cases that is affordable, honest and knows the law. (Wish you could have seen him make the prosecutors stumble over themselves and the number of times court had to be stopped because he pointed out the government got something wrong during the trial...it was amazing!) Thank you Mr Faulkner, you saved my life and a lot more. Now the second time I hired Mr Faulkner was a few months after the General Court Martial. It was for a "hot" urinalysis...yeah. Back story was that I was freshy relieved of the stress of the GCM and it was NYE and a civilian friend invited me to a party out of town. Long story short and WITHOUT consent, I consumed baked goods containing THC. As you can imagine my command went crazy once I pooped hot! Tried to explain, had witnesses, signed statements and even interview with the person that brought them. Command didnt care and an Article 15 and chapter separation ensued. Had Mr Faulkner on my corner during the Separation Hearing and we got the positive urinalysis dropped. This man works miracles. If you are reading this and in need of a great Attorney then stop looking and give him a call! He will work with you and be the best in the room. Yes, it takes some work on your end and yes it will be stressful, but a positive outcome is the endgoal. DO NOT go at it alone, choose someone that has the experience and knows what he is doing! Thank you again Mr Faulkner! ...a greatfull client

Very fine attorney and person
I had a friend who is a lawyer investigate attorneys in the local region including Austin. My friend thought Mr. Faulkner would be the best choice for my non military legal issue. Still I did my due diligence interviewing Mr. Faulkner and three other attorneys. Mr. Faulkner was the best choice mainly because he struck me as the most honest and analytical. Throughout the entire process he always responded promptly either by text, phone or email. I freely admit that I am a fairly high strung person so this legal issue added to my already stressful job and life. It really put me on the edge of maximum stress. Throughout the entire process I felt reassured that he was handling the case appropriately and expeditiously. His speculation of how the matter would play out was right on. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

Superb representation. And it was free!
He took his time to contact me, whether in jail, the halfway house, or on vacation. He know's his sh*t, TRUST me. He's worked as a JAG for the Army and knows the UCMJ and USC quite well. Hell, even after my representation was over, he took his own time out to figure out what the hell happened to my personal property after 7 months of being released. Don't be afraid to ask him questions, he's well informed and has a cheerful but professional towards his work.

Lack of knowledge and integrity - Took Fee--Client was never going to be charged
Took Fee - Did nothing to justify. Client obtained all police reports, prepared Sworn Affidavits, provided extensive documentation for a alleged crime that never took place. If attorney had taken the time to review all the police reports it was clearly evident that no crime was documentation and any notation in any reports that a crime was committed as required with a military arrest. Claimed to client that he was instrumental in getting case dismissed when in fact that statement was false. Attorney has no knowledge when a non-military individual is arrested. If he had taken the time to review the police reports , he should have disclosed to client that the reports indicated no actual crime had taken place. Client requested that attorney obtain letter from U.S. Attorney office was to non-prosecution. He refused & claimed not possible. Client on their own obtained this letter which stated client was was not going to be prosecuted. This attorney claimed earned fees - but in fact did nothing. I'm a senior citizen 75 years old and was taken advantage of by this attorney. Shame on you, Mr. Faulkner. Justifies complaint to be filed with Texas Bar Association.

Response from Wade Faulkner August 12, 2019
I was so disappointed to read this review, and I am so sorry that you had a negative experience with me. After leaving the Army in 2016 and opening my own practice, I have never received a negative review. I have reached out to my client (and do so again now) to please contact me directly so that we can discuss the case. I will do anything in my power to make this right.
