Took Fee - Did nothing to justify. Client obtained all police reports, prepared Sworn Affidavits, provided extensive documentation for a alleged crime that never took place. If attorney had taken the time to review all the police reports it was clearly evident that no crime was documentation a...nd any notation in any reports that a crime was committed as required with a military arrest. Claimed to client that he was instrumental in getting case dismissed when in fact that statement was false. Attorney has no knowledge when a non-military individual is arrested. If he had taken the time to review the police reports , he should have disclosed to client that the reports indicated no actual crime had taken place. Client requested that attorney obtain letter from U.S. Attorney office was to non-prosecution. He refused & claimed not possible. Client on their own obtained this letter which stated client was was not going to be prosecuted. This attorney claimed earned fees - but in fact did nothing. I'm a senior citizen 75 years old and was taken advantage of by this attorney. Shame on you, Mr. Faulkner. Justifies complaint to be filed with Texas Bar Association.

This man took his time to understand what happened with my complicated case and we won.
