VA Disability Compensation

Mr. Rousseau was very meticulous researching my military health records yielding more information and health problems than the VA or I thought possible. His integrity and steadfastness ensured I got what the VA was responsible for. I would, and have, referred others for their health problems that b...ring about the necessity for VA Disability.

Above and Beyond!

From the first time I visited this Law Firm I was extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. The timeliness in preparing the hundreds of pages of documents in my file was incredible. Fast, detailed, accurate and always, one step ahead. If you’re in the need of ...an attorney, I highly recommend and encourage you to chose The Criss and Rousseau Law Firm. They will, by far, exceed your expectations. Thank you for all you’ve done for me!

This lawyer changed my life!!!

Rick Rousseau is a most knowledgeable caring attorney. He made me aware of the nuances of military law that resulted in an increase in my income for the remainder of my life. He guided me step by step as to forms required and the actions to be completed. During the entire process, which was lengthy ...and complex, he was clear in his explanations and instructions. His record keeping was meticulous and all copies were sent to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Rick, not only for his legal expertise in military law but for the compassion he exhibits toward his clients.

Great lawyer. He listened to facts of my case and went wok immediately. It is pleasure to recommend him to both military and civilian alike.

Rewriting all my needed documents

I had a lot of life changes over a number of years and all my documents were way out of date. Rick Rousseau rewrote my Medical Power of Attorney, Will, distribution of accents and Power of Attorney. I took me longer to make up my mind than it did for him to complete them all. A quick turn a ro...und and very reasonable cost made my life come into order again. Thank you so much.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"RIck is a smart, aggressive, hard-working, likeable, clever and intrepid attorney. He loves a challenge and when you meet him you can tell he truly enjoys practicing law. This is important because you want an advocate who loves what he does and can get you excellent results. He was one of my supervisors when I was on active duty and I learned a lot from his mentorship. You cannot go wrong hiring him whether you hire him for a criminal case, a military matter or an estates and trust issue. Did I say he also has a Masters of Law in Taxation on top of everything else....? He is just one of the best."
