Staunch, steadfast, passionate, smart, knowledgeable, dependable, practical, effective...HIRE HIM!!

My review is long but, it is real and earnest. Brett has been my attorney for 15+ years and has never let me down. He first represented me in a warranty case against Peterbilt. Initially I was concerned Brett was not on top of the case as he was hard to reach prior to court but, in the court room ...he argued the case expediently and victoriously. I have learned great attorneys ARE difficult to reach. If they are doing their job, they are in court ALOT. I would not want an attorney in my corner that was always available; I would wonder why they were not working! Brett has represented my family on cases ranging from traffic violations to a child custody case (my son achieved sole custody of my grandson thanks to Brett). Brett is also a man of character. Two examples, demonstrating Brett's integrity follow: One of my sons had made unproductive life choices and found himself facing charges. As a repeat offender and an adult he could not afford an attorney so he was appointed one by the court. I was deeply concerned about the consequences my son was facing. Still, I was hesitant to continue enabling my son by hiring Brett to ensure a lighter sentence. Brett clarified the options first approaching the subject as an attorney explaining what kind of deal he could accomplish. Next, he tackled the subject as a parent, fully supportive of my desire to exercise tough love allowing my son to face his choices and effectively grow from them. We decided that my son would proceed with the court appointed attorney. On the day off court, I was surprised to see Brett walk in the door. He came over to me and explained what we should expect and what would be a fair sentence. Brett told me, before any offer was accepted I should allow him to review it to ensure it was fair. His service was offered without compensation out off his passion for justice and dedication to his clients. Though tough to swallow my son’s sentence was fair. Numerous times I consulted Brett while my son was incarcerated. Each time, he was compassionate but straightforward and always a valuable resource setting my thoughts straight. He suggested good reads to educate me, console me, and prepare me for my son's future. I am pleased to say that my son walks a new road in his life. He is a productive member of society earning an honest living and is building family of his own; I could not be more pleased and value Brett’s contribution. When I first shared the news about my son's transformation, Brett was on the list of people who received the update along with family. I was anxious to share with Brett because I know him to be a dedicated father and I knew he would genuinely share the excitement with me. He stated, “This is why I do what I do”. Alone, this should speak volumes about who Brett is. The second example of Brett’s character was one in which I was subpoenaed to appear in court as a witness. My stomach sank when I learned the opposing attorney was Brett as he is a superior attorney with a track record of slam dunking his cases. I was unsure how it would work out for me as a witness testifying against his client. Brett assured me that his first objective, in any court, is to seek the truth whether it meant a win or lose for himself. Brett was genuine and his character was consistent. Again, Brett scored in my book. No matter your legal needs, Brett is the safest starting place to address them. If he is not the best man for the job he will tell you and direct you to the expert best suited for the case. Brett is a successful attorney who doesn't seem to “need” the business but invites it because he sincerely fights for justice. Before he is an attorney, he is a Godly man, an advocate for children, a consistent character in pursuit of justice. Stacy

Brett Pritchard was the best attorney decision I made

I was going through a rough time with my ex-husband and how wife, I was told about Brett Pritchard through one of my work collogues who used to work for CPS, she told me to get Brett Pritchard because he is a really good lawyer and is the type of lawyer that will not take anyone’s crap, he is really ...good at what he does, and that is why CPS and other Lawyers are scared to have to go against him in court because he does everything he can to really defend his clients, so I took her advice went for a consultation with Brett and he was a tremendous help and answered all my questions and concerns. Brett Pritchard has been my attorney since December 2014. I have gone through 2 different lawyers before hiring Brett Pritchard as my Attorney, I wish I would have known about Mr. Pritchard before I have hired and wasted my money on those other lawyers. I first used Brett when my ex-husband refused to return my son during the Christmas Break, knowing good and well that he was not supposed to have him. Brett was quick on trying to get my ex served and getting my court set up, but took longer than we expected because of privacy act. There were a few times I thought he was not doing much to help me, once we were in the court room he was expedient, effective, quick, and stern. Brett did a tremendous job on representing me and was on point; he did such a wonderful job that I won my case and got what I wanted for the best interest of my son. My ex-husband got what he deserved not only from my attorney but also the judge they did not take it to kindly to what he had done and how much pain and suffering he had caused me. As this was my first experience with Brett and his team to represent me. I am very pleased that I can still call Brett to consult him on various matters regarding my case and upcoming case. In fact, I have to retain Mr. Pritchard as my attorney again for services that are soon to come my way with my ex-husband and his wife. Brett Pritchard’s retainer fees are fair, but what do you expect when you want to hire the best to represent you, to get the best you have to pay for the best, and with that being said I have no concerns that I will lose my next case with Brett representing me. Thank you very much Brett for all your help and what is also to come our way!!

Highly Recommended

I met Mr. Pritchard while working with CPS and saw how he fought to do what is best for the children. Plus, he had me frightened to be on CPS's side LoL! I will continue to refer him, because he is genuine :)

"Simply put, if CPS is coming down the block, call Brett. He is an absolute master of the CPS courtroom. I have sent him clients on many occasions because I know Brett will fight like hell for them. Many times I have watched him make a complete fool out of CPS workers who don't know their own SOP manual, let alone follow it. Strongly recommended."
