I am the founder and owner of the Law Office of Brett H. Pritchard. I founded the Law Office of Brett H. Pritchard in May 1999, and have been practicing in the area in the nearly two decades since that time. I handle cases concerning Family Law, CPS, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury.
I grew up the son of a military family: I moved from Hawaii, to Alabama, to Alaska, and finally ended up in Texas, which became my home. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Utah with a BS in Political Science, I returned to Texas to attend Law School at Texas Tech University. Following my graduating and certification as a lawyer by the State Bar of Texs, I began practicing in Central Texas. I have grown a reputation as a fierce litigator and a strong proponent for parents' rights when CPS has taken their children. I am particulary experienced in all facets of Family Law, including Military Divorce.
Outside of the workplace, I enjoy spending time with my family (consisting of my wife, Cindy, and 8 children: 5 boys, and 3 girls). I am a strong proponent of child abuse prevention and helping those that need assistnce to live as normal and as fulfilling lives as possible, and my firm is known throughout the community to support organizations that have taken up those causes.

Beware!
Terrible professionalism. I hired this firm based on the overall rating given on google. I wish I would have went through each individual review! You will literally wait weeks for an update on your case. The first time speaking to my lawyer she knew nothing about the case, the conversation was liter...

HIGHWAY ROBBERY
From the initial consultation to present day, this law firm has been consistent in one thing, doing nothing. I hired them to represent me in my divorce. Everything was already decided, but the only thing we were fighting for was custody of my son. I was never able to meet with the attorney face-to-fa...

Incompetent!!
This law firm is both negligent and incompetent. I hired them for a divorce/child custody case in which timeliness was essential. In the week and a half after I hired them and paid a retainer of $8,500 they failed to do anything whatsoever. My assigned attorney never reached out to me so I scheduled ...

You aren't always guaranteed a win, but if I was going to have an attorney in my corner, I'd put money on Brett.
Brett Pritchard and their legal team did an excellent job representing our legal case. They were professional and very helpful in explaining legal terms and the process that we would go through. They let us know what to expect. It's never a good thing when you need an attorney, but Brett and his team...

Excellent Guidance
I met with Brett Pritchard in order to obtain guidance on what I should do to assist my parents in maintaining their quality of life and not be taken advantage of by their youngest son (my younger brother). After seeking assistance from Adult Protective Services, for almost a year, my parents' circum...
"Simply put, if CPS is coming down the block, call Brett. He is an absolute master of the CPS courtroom. I have sent him clients on many occasions because I know Brett will fight like hell for them. Many times I have watched him make a complete fool out of CPS workers who don't know their own SOP manual, let alone follow it. Strongly recommended."
"I have worked with his lawyer on many complicated matters throughout the years. I have found them to be diligent well prepared and bring her to just all the clients we come to him for help. I would work with him again."
