If I can give this law firm 0 stars, I would. I am utterly disgusted with this law firm. I typically never leave reviews for anything, but this law firm is nothing but a scam. I paid upfront 5,000 for a simple child support/ custody dispute. I can just say, Brett Pritchard and Brent, did absolutely n...othing for my case but charge me an arm and leg. Before finding a different lawyer, I have paid triple over the original balance for a temporary order that even the judged questioned what was my attorney expecting. A year goes by with this firm, and my son was about to be taken away from his mother from CPS and yet they still couldn't read up on my case. When the CPS court arrived, my attorney was ill-prepared and even made the excuse he didn't know about the case until the day prior!!! Mind you, I was aware about the court hearing a week prior along with the paralegal, CPS workers, and opposing counsel. This law firm almost made me lose my son to the system if it wasn't for CPS lawyers who was able to put my son into my custody. However, prior to this, my attorney canceled my final hearing 3 times before CPS got involved. Which one, he canceled because of "scheduling conflictions," but when I confronted Brett about it, he said "he was on vacation." THEY CANT EVEN KEEP UP WITH EACH OTHERS LIES. I am filing for a grievance to the board, because a firm who doesn't represent their clients to the best of their ability, or even have the DECENCY to look over a case, then they shouldn't be practicing. And going to find a way to make this law firm black listed for military members. I never want another soldier to go through a scam law firm as I did.

I hired this firm 1 week before Covid as a federal attorney for my son. The firm didn't get a chance to work on my son's behalf. The state decided without any influence from the firm to drop my case. The juvenile supervisor contacted me after informing the firm that the state decided my case was not... a felony 5-21-20. Firm never contacted me. 3 days later I began to call firm and was given run around for 2 weeks and was even sent a bill through mail which I never received before for remainaming balance of my payment $500 of $4000. I continue calling firm personnel stated they knew nothing about case being dismissed and never talked to personnel at juvenile facility. Finally a few days went by and I called firm with juvenile personnel on line. Firm personnel began giving me run around again until juvenile personnel stated she was on phone. Then I began to receive excuses like this is only our second juvenile case. Tired of hearing excuses juvenile personnel began to tell firm personnel how to confirm state decided to dismiss case on there own. (Case was reduced to misdemeanor) I began to inquire getting my money back for paying a felony lawyer for a misdemeanor case. I was told Mr. Pritchard would contact me no response since. My contract states non refundable if case is lost, but dosen't state non- refundable if state decided to drop the case. I paid for a felony lawyer and didn't have a felony case, and law firm didn't get my case reduced, because this was only the second juvenile case firm had handled and didn't know what to do until told by juvenile personnel. I'm disappointed and feel I have been taking advantage of. I am a single mother working 2 jobs while going to school and the firm knows this, but still decided treat me with no regard. Out of frustration the firm personnel stated to me that the way they see it I still owe them $500 for June even though my case was dismissed May 21. Even though I never needed a felony lawyer they took my money and never audit it like they said they would, and never made an attempt to return my money back to me. Is this the representation you want to represent you. They took an oath to uphold the law and not break or bend to their satisfaction. I'm also reporting to BBV to ensure no one else is taking advantage of.

I met with Brett Pritchard in order to obtain guidance on what I should do to assist my parents in maintaining their quality of life and not be taken advantage of by their youngest son (my younger brother). After seeking assistance from Adult Protective Services, for almost a year, my parents' circum...stances (especially my mother's) worsened. I realized that I needed professional help outside of APS. Mr. Pritchard listened with compassion and provided sound counsel. Although he could not take the case, he recommended that I contact a lawyer in the county where my parents live. I am very appreciative for his advice and I truly believe that he has each of his client's best interest in mind.

Attorney Brett Pritchard is by far the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure to have known and and/or hired. I have been a paralegal for many years, worked with dozens of attorneys and have hired many over the years. I have never been more impressed with someone's work. Brett honestly cares abou...t people, his clients and doing the right thing. He stands up for the little guy being mistreated and the people of this county like no other ever has. Brett is very responsive and communicates information quickly. He was on top of my case and handled it more professionally, ethically and honestly than anyone else ever could have. I had gone through three other attorneys in the area and were disgusted at their work ethic. There is no other attorney I will ever hire now. No one can walk into battle for you, fight for you and win like Brett and he will do it withholding the highest standard of the law. Thank you Brett Pritchard. My son and I couldn't have gone through our battle without you in our corner.

I was going through a rough time with my ex-husband and how wife, I was told about Brett Pritchard through one of my work collogues who used to work for CPS, she told me to get Brett Pritchard because he is a really good lawyer and is the type of lawyer that will not take anyone’s crap, he is really ...good at what he does, and that is why CPS and other Lawyers are scared to have to go against him in court because he does everything he can to really defend his clients, so I took her advice went for a consultation with Brett and he was a tremendous help and answered all my questions and concerns. Brett Pritchard has been my attorney since December 2014. I have gone through 2 different lawyers before hiring Brett Pritchard as my Attorney, I wish I would have known about Mr. Pritchard before I have hired and wasted my money on those other lawyers. I first used Brett when my ex-husband refused to return my son during the Christmas Break, knowing good and well that he was not supposed to have him. Brett was quick on trying to get my ex served and getting my court set up, but took longer than we expected because of privacy act. There were a few times I thought he was not doing much to help me, once we were in the court room he was expedient, effective, quick, and stern. Brett did a tremendous job on representing me and was on point; he did such a wonderful job that I won my case and got what I wanted for the best interest of my son. My ex-husband got what he deserved not only from my attorney but also the judge they did not take it to kindly to what he had done and how much pain and suffering he had caused me. As this was my first experience with Brett and his team to represent me. I am very pleased that I can still call Brett to consult him on various matters regarding my case and upcoming case. In fact, I have to retain Mr. Pritchard as my attorney again for services that are soon to come my way with my ex-husband and his wife. Brett Pritchard’s retainer fees are fair, but what do you expect when you want to hire the best to represent you, to get the best you have to pay for the best, and with that being said I have no concerns that I will lose my next case with Brett representing me.
