Greatly Appreciated

I hired Mr Faulkner on not one but (2) two military related matters. One in 2017 and one in 2018. The first offense I was facing landed me infront of a military judge and jury at a General Court Martials and could have landed me in jail for 20 plus years and would have required me to register as a se...x offender on a claim that was brought out of spite and this individual not getting what she wanted. Upon notification of charges I immediately went to work on trying to find an attorney I could afford to fight this case. Consult after consult after consult no-one seemed to be the right fit. Luckily an attorney I had retained to stop the military legal office from unjustly violating my civil, military and constitutional rights, directed me to Mr Faulkner. Meeting him in a parking lot to go over my case in more detail was quite strange at first and doubt seriously lingered in my head. But as he started to talk to me and spell everything out I immediately knew he was the right individual for the job. His no non-sense approach, straightforwardness, knowledge of the law and willingness to fight a prosecution team with unlimited funding and resources was the exact formula needed to win the case. I will be the first to tell you that it was a long 7 stressful months and there were many times I wanted to give up, but Mr Faulkner wouldnt let me and proved time-and-time again that he had a solid game plan. There isnt another Attorney I would trust with complex cases that is affordable, honest and knows the law. (Wish you could have seen him make the prosecutors stumble over themselves and the number of times court had to be stopped because he pointed out the government got something wrong during the trial...it was amazing!) Thank you Mr Faulkner, you saved my life and a lot more. Now the second time I hired Mr Faulkner was a few months after the General Court Martial. It was for a "hot" urinalysis...yeah. Back story was that I was freshy relieved of the stress of the GCM and it was NYE and a civilian friend invited me to a party out of town. Long story short and WITHOUT consent, I consumed baked goods containing THC. As you can imagine my command went crazy once I pooped hot! Tried to explain, had witnesses, signed statements and even interview with the person that brought them. Command didnt care and an Article 15 and chapter separation ensued. Had Mr Faulkner on my corner during the Separation Hearing and we got the positive urinalysis dropped. This man works miracles. If you are reading this and in need of a great Attorney then stop looking and give him a call! He will work with you and be the best in the room. Yes, it takes some work on your end and yes it will be stressful, but a positive outcome is the endgoal. DO NOT go at it alone, choose someone that has the experience and knows what he is doing! Thank you again Mr Faulkner! ...a greatfull client
