I hired Mr Faulkner on not one but (2) two military related matters. One in 2017 and one in 2018. The first offense I was facing landed me infront of a military judge and jury at a General Court Martials and could have landed me in jail for 20 plus years and would have required me to register as a se...x offender on a claim that was brought out of spite and this individual not getting what she wanted. Back story was that I was freshy relieved of the stress of the GCM and it was NYE and a civilian friend invited me to a party out of town. Long story short and WITHOUT consent, I consumed baked goods containing THC. As you can imagine my command went crazy once I pooped hot! Tried to explain, had witnesses, signed statements and even interview with the person that brought them. Command didnt care and an Article 15 and chapter separation ensued. Had Mr Faulkner on my corner during the Separation Hearing and we got the positive urinalysis dropped. This man works miracles.
