My husband was arrested for a DWI + he unfortunately had his handgun in the glove compartment, which was a weapons charge since he was drunk. I called the law office of Jeff Eaves in a panic (we where leaving for vacation the next day, on Saturday)!! His legal assistant, Oscar, immediately took actio...n & had Mr. Eaves on his case. Once hired, he had my husband released within hours & we where able to go on vacation (leave the state). Mr. Eaves later got my husband a great deal! Gun charge was dropped, no probation due of the jail time already served (those few hours), & just had to pay a fine & court fees! I was arrested in October of 2015 and charged with a 2nd degree felony. My husband called Jeff in the middle of the night and his assistant, Oscar came to post bail and get me back to my car first thing the next morning. They encouraged me to put together a pre-trial diviersion package and so I did s...o. They were also very helpful explaining all the procedures and answering any questions I had about my coming court date. On the day of my pre-trial hearing, Jeff met us at the courthouse. He appeared to have a great, professional report with everyone at the courthouse. I was granted a pre-trial diversion that day. I highly recommend him!

Jeff handled a custody modification for me. He is a “straight shooter” and explained things in a way that non-lawyers understand. He communicated well with me throughout the process and his staff was knowledgeable and very helpful when Jeff wasn’t available.
