From the moment Oscar very quickly called me back I was put at ease. I was angry and stressed out and I had no idea what to even ask for but Jeff was realistic about the process and timeline/associated costs. My ex husband had left me with nothing and was able to get me the assistance I needed to get... back on my feet. He made sure I was completely prepared in court for any question or situation I might be presented with. I am so grateful for the representation.

My husband was arrested for a DWI + he unfortunately had his handgun in the glove compartment, which was a weapons charge since he was drunk. I recommend Jeff Eaves and his helpful staff. I was looking at a pretty serious charge and a lot of possible time. He was able to fight, and knock down that time substantially. I was able to get probation and weekend time is all. His assistant, Oscar, was very helpful as well. They were able to be r...eached at any time of the day or night. I'm very grateful for their efforts. Here just recently Jeff was willing to help me and my family with a weekend issue after my mom passed away. They gave extra efforts to get one of my weekends arranged to the end of my term so that I could make it to my mother's funeral. This is after our court case was already resolved. He did this with just his common courtesy and kindness of his own heart. No extra payment was asked for. My family certainly appreciated his and his staff's efforts. So thank you very much to you and your staff, Jeff!

I made the mistake of driving through Witchita Falls, Tx while in possession of marijuana. So naturally I was pulled over and searched, and taken to jail. After calling Jeff, he had me out of jail in only a few hours. He picked me up and took me to and fronted me enough money to pay for a night at a ...local hotel. The next morning he picked me up, and took me to one of his friend's car lot where I got a decent deal on another vehicle, since mine was seized. When it came time for my court date, he got me the best possible resolution, which did not include jail time. I got myself into a pretty bad situation, and Jeff helped me get a reasonable outcome. Of course I would have liked no repercussions, but the results I got were the best that I could reasonably expect. The only way I could have gotten a better deal was not to have offended in the first place. I would recommend Jeff Eaves to you, too.

I was arrested in October of 2015 and charged with a 2nd degree felony. My husband called Jeff in the middle of the night and his assistant, Oscar came to post bail and get me back to my car first thing the next morning. They encouraged me to put together a pre-trial diviersion package and so I did s...o. They were also very helpful explaining all the procedures and answering any questions I had about my coming court date. On the day of my pre-trial hearing, Jeff met us at the courthouse. He appeared to have a great, professional report with everyone at the courthouse. I was granted a pre-trial diversion that day. I highly recommend him!
