I got in trouble again and I was aware that if I didnt hire an attorney that wouldn't listen to not only my case ...but my life story and events that were going on in my life. Jeff eaves listened to everything that happened and he truly listened to my situation. I told him I can't do prison ( this ti...me) ....I have been down 3 times ... this time was different, my mother is in stage 4 with her liver and I did not want to be in prison and then one day the chaplain visits me and says my mom has passed... I'm her only kid and I got in alot of trouble over the yrs but when I got in trouble this time I was actually clean and sober . Wrong place wrong time type of situation. But then I watched him as he spoke to the d.a and the way the d.a's office treated him was unlike anything I had ever seen. They listened to him to my situation and they went back and forth and finally he came up to me and said .... " Your not going to prison , but you need to sign for probation today and this will all be over with" I couldn't believe it . He actually went in swinging and worked for me the way he said he would when I hired him. In my opinion he is the best lawyer in our city and I have had a lot of attorneys in my past but Jeff treated me like a person and he did what he said he would do . I was impressed to the point where I posted about him on social media and I really want people to be aware of this man's integrity and knowledge of criminal law ...I will never hire another attorney ...I'm a Jeff eaves attorney at law customer for life ....

I was arrested in October of 2015 and charged with a 2nd degree felony. My husband called Jeff in the middle of the night and his assistant, Oscar came to post bail and get me back to my car first thing the next morning. They encouraged me to put together a pre-trial diviersion package and so I did s...o. They were also very helpful explaining all the procedures and answering any questions I had about my coming court date. On the day of my pre-trial hearing, Jeff met us at the courthouse. He appeared to have a great, professional report with everyone at the courthouse. I was granted a pre-trial diversion that day. I highly recommend him!
