Amazing compassionate Atty
This man is kind, gentle, fair and thorough. Jack is an amazingly calm and very knowledgable attorney. You should not mistake his kindness for weakness. Jack has been assisting my family with a complicated custody issue and has remained very involved and legally sound! I trust this man and his expertise. Very smart and very kind.

Great Attorney You Can Trust
Hired Jack to help me through child custody and other issues post-divorce as well as referred several of my friends to him who all are amazed at the personal touch, his caring and understanding of situations as well as his willingness to tackle tough cases with expertise and professionalism. My outcome was what I wanted and am deeply satisfied with Jack and his very fair billing practices which save you cash.

Hard Working
Was hired last minute on complicated case, worked hard and fast. Favorable outcome not achieved, but Mr Cunningham worked hard, did his research, and got everything together on time. As we continue to go through proceedings, I am confident that he will handle my case very professionally and continue to do his best in this difficult situation.

Watch out for this guy
Guy will "work" on your case which every little thing he does cost you. He charges for every little thing in the end amounts to way too much for what he does. Then try contacting him after the divorce for questions on the decree he wrote forget about once he has his money for thing that counts good luck hearing from him on anything else. I had another attorney look at my decree because I wasn't able to reach Jack and the new attorney told me " what a mess...who ever was involved in the writing of this decree should turn there bar card in" so there you have it on my experience.

Response from Jack Cunningham August 12, 2013
This review is preposterous and completely bogus. Every divorce decree is reviewed not only by my client but by opposing attorneys, opposing parties, and the judge. Virtually all decrees conform to the Texas Family Law Practice Manual forms. Many tasks that I perform are not charged or are charged at a lower rate if the task is one normally delegated to a legal assistant or paralegal. Moreover, my normal hourly rate is $175 per hour, a rate that is very affordable compared to rates for attorneys with comparable experience that range from $250 to $350 per hour. The lower rate is possible due to my lower overhead. I strive to answer every client call or written communication within 24 hours, if not the same day. I require my client to review and approve every draft of every letter, pleading, and document before the document is transmitted to the intended recipient. No current or former client of mine has had the so-called 'experience' specified in this completely fabricated 'review.'
