Caroline Amelia Simone

We were on our last leg and my husband was facing a 2year prison sentence with no other alternative. We were referred to Ms. Simone at the last minute and she accepted the challenge. We hired Ms. Simone to defend our son (a teenager at the time), who was arrested with a felony charge in Dallas. Though this was his first offense, the DA was highly reluctant to reduce the charges. However, through the diligent and effective work of Ms. Simone, the charges were ultimately reduced ...to a misdemeanor with two years of adjudicated probation and community service. Arguably one of the most difficult decisions I’ve ever had to make was hiring a lawyer. Caroline came highly recommended by another lawyer which is always a good sign, and she left no question in my mind that the recommendation is warranted.
