Every family law matter, just like every person, is different.  As a partner at the Webb Family Law Firm, I provide each client with personalized attention throughout each step of a divorce and child custody case. A careful listener, I focus on my clients’ individual goals as I strive to obtain a favorable result in all family law matters, including divorce, custody, premarital agreements, postmarital agreements, modification of orders, enforcement of orders, adoptions and terminations.

I am Board-Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and have been practicing law since 2006.  My background in accounting and finance have helped me to lead clients through one of the most significant financial transactions of their lives while protecting and preserving their assets for the future. My logical and compassionate approach help me guide clients through the emotional turmoil of custody cases and give them the peace of mind to confidently make decisions that are in their children’s best interests.

I have successfully litigated complex cases involving property division, business valuations, reimbursement claims, multijurisdictional issues, separate property trusts, high conflict custody disputes, and enforcements.

Although I may be known as a litigator, especially since I have won awards for oral advocacy such as the prestigious Order of the Barristers, I always strive to achieve out-of-court success for my clients first. I also practice collaborative law, and have the privilege of serving as the president of my collaborative practice group, Collaborative Law Dallas.  My skills in both litigation and collaborative law provide me with the knowledge and experience to determine which cases should be tried and which cases can be effectively settled.
