Best Lawyer

Tim powers and his team gave me the exact results that the promised me with my case. They keep me informed and are extremely professional. The best attorney I could’ve picked to handle my case. Would definitely recommend to others

Run far away from this office

If you are looking for someone to truly fight for your case run the complete opposite way from this law office. I got a consultation with Tim Powers where he will tell you he has experience with what ever city you got arrested in. Will talk some big stuff about being able to get the best deal or even... dismissal. What is going to happen is you will never speak or hear from Tim powers again you will get thrown to some other representative from the office. They are just going to tell you that all the evidence is against you and you are guilty and try to talk you into just taking a plea deal with things like “don’t you just want to get this over with” and “if you just take the deal you will end up paying less” the lack of concern you will receive is alarming and surprises me this place is even still in business. This office only cares about getting the max conviction for the county and prosecutors. You could with your eyes closed pick any other law office and receive better representation. Hope this helps anyone wanting to know how the process will go for you by choosing this office.

Fantastic Law Firm

I was arrested for two felony drug charges and met with a number of local attorneys. I researched their past results on the county website and chose Tim Powers and his team. Best decision I could have made. One case was dismissed and the other reduced to a misdemeanor but both are off my record. ...They got me the result I wanted and more. If you get in trouble the Tim Powers team is the only frim to hire in Denton County.

Great results at great value

Mr. Powers met me on a Saturday morning to discuss, evaluate options and guide me thru a difficult legal situation. All documentation is computerized allowing his front desk to answer (update) any questions. My situation was resolved and I would recommend his services for all your legal challenges.
