A Genuine Gem

Camille is an exceptional lawyer who is very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and caring. She has helped us twice in moving forward to resolve issues that blind-sided us. I highly recommend her.

Collaborative Divorce

Recently went through a Collaborative Divorce process with Camille. I can confidently say that this process (while still hard) was made much easier by the Collaborative process, and by working with Camille. She always held my best interests at heart, and working through this process we were able to o...ften work towards and find a middle ground much easier than I believe we would have in a traditional divorce proceeding. I would certainly recommend both Camille and the Collaborative Divorce process to anyone looking to try and create a more peaceful post-divorce life or someone trying to have a better experience for the sake of the kids or other family members in the wake of the divorce.

Very professional and kind

I hired Camille to help me with my collaborative divorce last year. I knew I'd made the right choice immediately upon speaking with her. Camille is committed to the principles of collaborative divorce, patiently explained all the steps, and helped me and my ex-husband find a very helpful counselor to... work with also. I had never needed to work with a lawyer before, but Camille helped me through each part of the intimidating process. The divorce was as smooth and quick as possible, given the difficult circumstances of splitting up with my partner. I would absolutely recommend Camille if you're considering collaborative divorce.

Caring, professional service

I had two friends refer me to Camille Milner when I asked about a collaborative law attorney in Denton. I am very thankful and fortunate for finding this firm. Camille and her assistant, Lindy, were great! I received professional, caring service from the first consultation visit through the court ...date to finalize the divorce. With their guidance, my divorce was civil and fair for both parties. I will certainly recommend Camille and her firm to anyone going through the divorce process.

Camille Milner a true Collaborative Pioneer!!!

Camille is a pioneer in the "collaborative divorce process" and comes highly recommended. If you're looking for someone that understands that sometimes relationships do end, but knows how to give a positive outcome every chance it deserves, in an attempt to preserve what was good in a relationship, ...then Camille is the perfect choice. Camille has the experience and has seen what the traditional divorce process produces in relationships and has made it her mission to improve and preserve the good in a difficult situation, all while serving the needs of the state too. It's true that divorce happens. What's not true, is it has to be a teardown process. Divorce can be a new start, a foundation, a positive path forward for both parties but the process has to start with that outcome in mind. If you're facing a divorce situation, consider a "Collaborative Divorce" process over the traditional "Seek and Destroy" model and let Camille help you. She along with her colleges versed in the collaborative process are transforming what is already a difficult situation into one that focuses on healing and a positive path forward for all involved. How do I know this? I was one of her clients and recommend her to those that I know that are facing the difficult choice, but often right choice of divorce. It takes a very talented person to navigate and steward the complex nature of emotions and law and Camille is one of the best. If your on the fence, make the call to her and let her help you. I did and could not be happier. Sherman C.

"I endorse this lawyer. Camille and I met many years ago in the courtroom on different sides of a complex trust case. I was very impressed by her passion, skill, expertise, and demonstrated legal abilities. She is a very empathetic and compassionate person, and that was very obvious in watching her represent her client. Over the years, I have referred clients to her for family law matters, and all have had nothing but great things to say about her!"
